Terrible customer service !!!!Have specific instructions for Chai Tea Latte 190 degrees hot .I got a "warm" chai tea latte .I asked for reason and they said you asked for "under 190 degrees"I said sorry if you heard that but I said 190 degrees hot .Then they said they will make a new one .I waited for 10 mins .Reminded them .Waited again for 10 mins Asked again if drink was ready and they said ohh no we didn't get to it sorry .I walked out .Very disheartening experience !!!!

This location has had great employees the last 8 years I've lived in the neighborhood but the young barista (couldn't see her name tag but shoulder length blonde hair) working today was the rudest I've ever encountered. Hoping it was just an off day and she doesn't treat everyone the same.

On Aug. 25, 2022, we ordered two tall Decaf coffees and 1 blueberry croissant. The coffee was just water and cream, maybe 10% instant coffee powder---it was horrible! There was no flavor whatsoever. We wasted our money and were very disappointed.

I love the convenience of having a refreshing drink while shopping. Today I got the new pineapple refresher with coconut milk. It was sweet, refreshing and a perfect summer drink.

We come here because it around the corner from us and usually do a mobile order. They are very slow here. So if you are experiencing run in and run out, go to a different location. Other than that staff is friendly and they always seem to be fully staffed. Honestly, if mobile order wasn't an option, I would go to one of the 5 locations only a mile further from this location.

It is strange to step foot into a Starbucks as of late. Just a month or two ago, you were restricted from even stepping foot inside. You had to order at the door.Now, you can walk inside to order but of course still cannot sit down.Still, it is good to have an old, familiar drink in hand to remind us of better times before the world got turned upside-down.Oh, and customer service seems to have improved at this location, as compared to before the SIP.
