I have a Starbucks card where you can earn "Stars". I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a "pink drink" (love the strawberry and coconut milk combo). I presented my card and told the clerk to use the cash on the card. When I got home I found she used my start without asking. I feel this is kinda like them reaching into my wallet without my permission. I'm saving the stars for a coming trip.
I do not know if she was busy chatting with other staff members, could not hear me through the fan over the window or just ignored what I had said. Hopefully the staff at this location has had better training or maybe the staff on Sunday mornings (around 8:30 am) are all trainees on their second shift ever. Hopefully the manager is paying attention to what they are doing. Hate to see them, in the near future. cleaning the soft serve machine at a Frosty Delite!

I was refused to use the restroom and I had to find a bag in my car to potty in. I felt so terrible and saddened to be turned away and not helped . She just walked away. If there are cameras there you will see me knock and ask by waving to have someone come to the door . I didn't like how I felt and they made me feel. This is the second worst experience I've ever had with a Starbucks. It's employee are not friendly anymore since many came or tried to be union. It's not the experience I'd want anyone to have especially since they were suppose to be open. I didn't appreciate the treatment I got from that older lady.

Not really the workers fault but when you order 1 coffee for pick up it shouldn’t take 20 minutes past the pick time, especially at 4pm on a wed
Very poor customer . Told customer service coffee made wrong her response I'm not the one who made your coffee mame ask to fix she took poured into another cup handed it back. Very unprofessional waste of money. Had to go to different location. Will never go back to this locations with that attitude I'm surprised she still has job

I’ve been to many Starbucks locations this one being my home one and I stopped coming for a few months and now I’m trying again but I honestly don’t even know why I bothered…. there’s always so many issues coming here to this one -_-
Dont go much but always look forward to it and enjoy when I do get to go. Carmel Macchiato is my fav-hot or cold.

The bathroom here are always disgusting, no one checks on them or cleans it. Don’t go to this Starbucks.

I asked for a drink with light ice and after 40 minutes this is my drink. I usually come here by the drive thru but today decided to go inside and the customer service was bad, when I asked about the ice she just said that that was what they measured ?

I love Starbucks! There building is super big and airy with nice seating areas. I like to get different refreshers, thus time I got a pineapple ? passion fruit refresher with no Lemonade and it was really good not to sweet its just right.

definitely the busiest SB around. their drive thru is craaaazzzyyyy. but it moves pretty fast. avoid the rush hours if you can.

Excellent service! Coffee was made exactly the way I like.
Stood there for awhile before attended and to find out they were out of my drink. I ask for one of the fall drinks and they said, “ it was not included!” First time being there and will not stop there again!!

I don’t know what’s up with the location, but I often have to wait 5+ minutes when I order anything here, and that’s without a line. I once came and was stuck in line for over 30 minutes. The lady at the window apologized and was very friendly, and said they were just extremely understaffed.
