When ordered, staff #1 mentioned it’s ok to get purchased drink + refill at the same time. Very kind about it
At pickup, staff #2 was rude when I grabbed an iced tea refill They said “This time it’s whatever, but next time you need to finish your first purchased drink first before asking for your free tea refill.”

For the first time I didn’t like the service I was given at this location. Every one was sweet but the male barista. I forgot to ask for a water and I asked him since the cashier was busy and can’t even make me a water, and than I ask for a straw and he can’t even pass a straw. I don’t know what happened to the other crew but there are missed.

The absolute slowest Starbucks. 15 minutes for an ice coffee and 3 pastries is ridiculous especially when have 6 people working behind the counter. Yikes where’s the manager!

Today I went to a Starbucks store and asked for a cup of water. I even said I was willing to pay for it, but the person who assisted me said they couldn’t give it to me unless I bought something else. Regardless of the store’s policy (which I’m not sure has changed), the attitude was unfriendly and lacked empathy.
As a regular customer, I was surprised by the lack of courtesy. I’ve always appreciated the good service at Starbucks, but this experience was disappointing. I hope more attention can be given to customer service, because small details like this make a big difference.

HUGE SHOUTOUT TO THE GIRLS THAT REMADE MY DRINK 👏 I had a long stressful day and the only thing I was looking forward to was my iced caramel macchiato. I got it at another Starbucks here in MH but it was not good at all. This location is game changer. The two baristas that I spoke with were super sweet and friendly. I told them about what happened, they offered to remake my drink and I even got a kitty cat drawing on my cup. THANKS AGAIN! 😍
