Rude employees. On my app it shows buy one get one free by certain time. When I showed that to them they acted surprised and didn’t even try to help me out. Im a regular customer to this store, but they were just not very nice even there weren’t any customers there. I would not recommend this particular store and won’t visit again. Small things like this could really destroy a customer’s experience and loyalty. Starbucks is not cheap I would not want to go to a store where they don’t even want to help a customer out.

Got a coffee 12:15 on Sunday 3/3 and was so disgusted by an employee who was not only blowing their nose but sticking a kleenex up their nose and moving it round. Without washing his hands he picked up a clear glass for a cold drink and put it back down. I ordered a hot drink so I didn't have to worry about his fingers. Of course I can identify the person, older, short hair, short height. It was so disgusting. I was able to order from another person as well as get my drink made by another person else I would have called him out. As I was waiting for my drink to be made, he went to the bathroom.They want me to share my preferred method of contact??? So it gets buried what???

I’ve been coming here for years and every barista is different & unique. The coffee is great and this particular location is always busy.Kim was my barista this time on a Sunday morning. She was such a phenomenal person to see after a walk. She deserves all of the praise. My coffee was great and I left smiling at her kindness to offer me a sample of one of their holiday drinks :)
