Out for a long bike ride and really needed Water. I was anticipating having to pay for a bottle of water as I have done before. Yet when I arrived they had no Bottled Water!!! So I then asked if they could fill up my own water bottle after removing the wide mouth cap.

The response I received was utterly disappointing!

I was given a blank stare then asked If I was buying anything else.

My response was - I intended to buy bottled water yet you have none so can you please fill my water bottle. again a blank stare. By then I blew up.......

It was 100 degrees outside and I just wanted water?

Hell even at my business I have a water dispenser free to all that bring their own bottle!!!

Worst customer service and this is just another reason I boycott this Company. Should have known better.

Luckily Safeway Gas station across the street had what I needed.

My experience was very bad employee closed 25 minutes early and left there is no value for time and Starbucks reputation for these employees who are earning bread and butter from Starbucks I am sorry Starbucks you have employees like this

I’am lactose intolerant and I asked for an oatmilk brown sugar shaken and after a few sips my stomach started feeling bad so that indicated me it was made with regular milk instead. So sick after a few sips. So disappointing of the service in this location

Pre-COVID they have had some of the best Baristas over the past years. Now, everyone is going thru hardtimes and the current staff gets the job done, even if a bit slow (mobile order estimates ready in 1-2 minutes, I get there in 10 minutes and have to wait more than 5 more minutes??).

I paid $2.75 for a coffee, and I couldn't even get a single creamer. She put cream in when I asked her not to. Not listening to customers and anticipating their needs is very poor service.

Large indoor and outdoor seating area, large windows. Close by parking is usually crowded.
