Pre-COVID they have had some of the best Baristas over the past years. Now, everyone is going thru hardtimes and the current staff gets the job done, even if a bit slow (mobile order estimates ready in 1-2 minutes, I get there in 10 minutes and have to wait more than 5 more minutes??).

Fast barista was able to make my vanilla bean frappuccino with a quad shot that wasn't hot shot, ruining my frap. Some baristas have problems and when you add a hotshot it messes up the drink and it has to be redone.
