**Service** 👩🍳👨🍳: The baristas were friendly and efficient. They greeted me with a smile and took my order swiftly. Customer service was top-notch! 😊👍
**Drinks** 🍹: I ordered a classic Caramel Macchiato, and it was heavenly! The rich, creamy blend of espresso and caramel was just what I needed to kickstart my day. ☕🍯

I come here frequently and every time my drink is always made correctly. Unfortunately I was desperate for coffee this morning and I went to the Starbucks Safeway in San Jose and by the time I was on my way to Morgan Hill I realized she made me a white hot chocolate and not a white chocolate mocha. I was super bummed and regretful that I didn't just wait to get coffee at this Starbucks, I figured I'd ask and see if they could remake my drink and wasn't expecting much since they weren't the ones who messed it up. The barista was very kind and welcoming and she immediately said she would remake it no problem. She even switched it to the drink I really wanted that is going away for the season but there's still some syrup left, she also gave me a venti Instead of a grande. She really made my day and fixed all my issues and left me with not only a solved problem but above and beyond resolution. I really appreciate you and the staff at this Starbucks. You guys are the best !

There are no customers and three employees. There was trash on floor and the counter was covered with dried coffee. I was not greeted coming in or thanked leaving. I think that is the bare minimum standards for a seven dollar cup of coffee. I know i'm going to get an automated response which is even worse.

The reason I’m giving 3 is because no matter how much I smiled at everyone inside who works here I never got one back. The drive through yesterday she was super nice and friendly. And now that I came in today, everyone working looks pissed off. They don’t call anyone’s name like most other Starbucks do. When I said thank you, no one even looked at me or acknowledged me. The employees look like they’re all miserable

Awful tasting coffee in general with Starbucks, but this location takes it to another level. They don’t follow labels. Drinks are made sloppy and with zero care. Staff seem unsatisfied/ angry most of the time.
I was waiting for more than 5 minutes and the employees there couldn't help him or even say at one point I'll help you as if I weren't standing there 😡 terrible service
