Recently stopped in while heading out for a road trip. The line in drive thru was long but the amazing staff rocked ? it! They were great!Everyone made it thru the line efficiently with excellent customer service ? My husband knows my relationship with Starbucks.For the first time ever the young lady working ? the window gave me a gift card for having to wait. I was literally speechless. I thought they did great ? I almost gave it back, but I think I was in shock ?I wish I would've asked this young lady's name to give her a shout out! You all did amazing this day and it did not go unnoticed. I've never been given a gift card, so that was pretty ? coolKeep up the good work! ?

Great service here but they close the lobby early which is ridiculous. You don’t know this until you walk up to the door. This is really bad for consistent customer service.

Very well managed , polite and hard working staff from morning till night. This place is special because it's open until 9:30PM!!Never seen a fly in the air, gotta love that. Can't say that about other locations. Very clean here.

Unfortunately, after new management I never get my drinks right. It's very bad cause those drinks are not cheap and when they don't make it right it just very upsetting. Today I went again after not going for a few weeks, but again very disappointed.

I had the most pleasant experience this morning through drive-through with Michelle. She welcomed me with a smile and I was already having a long morning, but she really turned it around with her kindness. Obviously, I love the beverages and food here too but really appreciate how great the staff here is!!

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I waited for a really long time for 2 basic lattes at the window, after already paying. There was only 1 other customer in Starbucks at the time and 3 employees.. I actually had to lean out of the car and say "hello, did you forget about me in the drive through?" The employees ignored me. When she finally came with my 2 lattes, 1 was only halfway full.
