I have attended this Starbucks for quite some time now but the last few times that I have gone I have had horrible experiences specifically with Lexi the barista who had cheap red dyed hair and lashes that she could barely see through. Her attitude and tone were completely disrespectful and rude and quite frankly unnecessary. She practically threw our orders at us and didn’t even appropriately greet us the way an employee should. I then went in with my older sister again yesterday and as my sister was grabbing the food Lexi called her rude for no reason. My sister told her that the last time she came she was very rude and Lexi repeatedly interrupted her then began to ignore her. This is unacceptable customer service and we will NOT be returning to this Starbucks until Lexi’s attitude and behavior is dealt with and fixed or until she is preferably fired.

I have attended multiple Starbucks and never have I had such a terrible experience like I did with Lexi the barista.She was absolutely disrespectful,unprofessional and worked slow.I had to wave her down to even attend us and when she finally did she was impolite and threw my food and drinks at me and slammed shut the drive-thru window in my face.I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks until the customer service is professional, respectful and Lexi is gone.

I have been here multiple times and on more than one occasion Lexi has been rude. I just want some coffee ma'am, cant you do that without being rude? Why the attitude? There is a perfectly good starbucks down the road that'll now get my daily business, unless you're there Lexi.

Very kind and warm environment. Got a basic coffee but it was given to me in a cozy, comfy mug. I was asked if I wanted breakfast without feeling pressured into buying anything. It felt simply caring. When I put on my sunglasses from the brightness of the sun indoors, someone seemed to notice and pulled the blinds down near where I was sitting. A different time, I was going to clean the table I was about to sit at but someone noticed and quickly cleaned it off for me. This worker also seemed to notice the difference of people who might like to converse compared to someone rushing into a focus mode. This quality was also appriciated. Would recommend this Starbucks to sit and work, or even just to wait out traffic with a cup of coffee. The drive through was also excellent at efficiency balanced with a positive warmth of interaction, plus personalized funny/kind notes on the to-go coffee cup.

The Cochran and Skipper location has 9 dollar drinks served with a side of attitude. The lady with black hair and eyelashes larger than she was could not have been more annoyed at my presence. Put in a mobile order about a block from the Starbucks and immediately got into the drive thru. She took the time to lecture me about waiting 5 minutes so they have time to make the drinks. Ignored me at the window until she had one of my two drinks. Was very annoyed when I said there was another one coming, went away for a couple minutes and then opened the window again to ask me to pull into a spot and they'd bring it out to me. The lady who actually brought the drink (barely a minute later) was lovely. I did put in the order and show up super early but I expected to be told to pull up and wait from the beginning. And I was super polite the whole time so, I don't know if she was just over the job or what but her customer service skills are non existent.

I went to this starbucks today for the first time solely for the drive-thru and I am so extremely disappointed. I got 4 drinks and they were ALL wrong! My frap didn't have caramel lined on the cup, my shaken expresso was NOT shaken, my venti drink had at least an inch of the drink missing from the top, and my summer berry refresher did not have extra boba after I had paid for extra. Never going again and neither should anyone else. The one on Vineyard Blvd is so much better.

We recently ordered 4 coffee drinks in this place. I just find that service is not that good and one of the baristas is rude. I usually get oatmilk on the condiments bar for my coffee, but the barista insists that I should pay it over the counter. Which in other starbucks store has both half and half and oatmilk in free in the condiments bar.

They left me in the Drive-Thru at the window for 10 minutes while they made other drinks. I asked the guy what happened he said sorry we got three mobile orders before yours. I'll never go back to that place again who in the heck leaves people in the Drive-Thru making mobile orders. Don't waste your time. They don't care anything about their customers

I sent my husband in for a caramel ribbon crunch….what he came back with was awful! The two young ladies bc working were just messing around (which is why I believe the left out half of the ingredients) no caramel no sugar, he paid for extra toppings and it came with less then the normal one comes with! I couldn’t drink it so we tossed an $8 drink. Super disappointed and won’t go back to this location!
