I sent my husband in for a caramel ribbon crunch….what he came back with was awful! The two young ladies bc working were just messing around (which is why I believe the left out half of the ingredients) no caramel no sugar, he paid for extra toppings and it came with less then the normal one comes with! I couldn’t drink it so we tossed an $8 drink. Super disappointed and won’t go back to this location!

Excellent and attentive staff at this Morgan Hill Starbucks. Seating and environment are better than most Starbucks. This is a fairly new location for Starbucks, I believe.

In general, the service is good. Some servers forget to smile, say hello or make eye contact with customers but the only issue I would like them to fix is the long, rigid, sharp, hard and wooden bench: it's a back killer.

I drove from Danville,CA today and stopped in to get a beverage and pick up a beverage for my Nephew and Niece (his wife) who live in Morgan Hill. I go to Starbucks all over ( probably more than I should) but this Starbucks’s is one of the BEST around. Their friendliness, customer service and star performance is amazing! They were busy with a lot of drive thru and inside customers as well, but from the time I walked in, until I left with the 3 beverages was under 5 minutes! They are truly amazing and I wish all Starbucks could be just like them!

Only one 4 top table inside but really no room for any others. Horrible parking area. Not enough spaces for the number of people in the establishment. No easy way to navigate the parking. lot either. At least 2 EV spaces but only one handicap parking space.
Parking: Not enough spaces. Hard to navigate into the drive-thru line.
