whole order was messed up.. all i can say is they were lazy today. no sauce on my wings, got corn with lemon pepper seasoning but just got regular cajun corn.. wings were also cold to the touch and didn't seem fresh. was not a good experience

Would raising the minimum wage improve their ability to process accordingly? I don't think so. These guys are Slow as Sloth and can't get the logistics correct - this location averages 30 minutes to an hour after your order estimated times - placed directly on their website. It's not a one-off. It's almost every time! "Just 5 minutes". Lol "just 5 minutes" Additionally - the dining area is wet/dirty and is filled with trash on weekends - almost as if they don't want any dine-in customers. They cater first to door dash, Uber eats and any other online APP orders before direct customer orders. Every time I'm there, huge Uber Eats, DoorDash orders takes place - and us "normal" customers wait extended times. We've placed multiple orders at 11AM for 1PM pickup and it never is on time.

Wings are decent. There's better places but for the price it isn't too bad. The Hawaiian flavor is really good.

Should definitely stop here if you love yourself some cold fries! I politely brought the cold fries back the counter & requested hot ones. The lady at the front then replied "Wow! These are cold!" Two minutes later she walked back out from the kitchen and dropped off more cold fries. For all I know it could have been the same basket of fries. Bummer, fries at a place like this is half the enjoyment.

I wouldn't give them any stars this Wingstop In Morgan hill sucks every time ordered it's wrong this place rips people off and everything tastes plain best advice is don't go here you wait forever for food and you get the wrong order total waste of money

This place sucks. Period. Ordered twice from here in the last month. First order never showed up. I called and they said they delivered to the wrong address, they would remake the order and redeliver. No offer to discount. Guess what! Second order never showed up. Thought I would try again a few weeks later. Maybe it was just a bad night. Bad idea. Second order was totally wrong. 8 wings and a fries showed up! I ordered 20 wings. Wrong flavor all drums. . I ordered all flats. I know it's hard to find good help these days but being able to count to 20 should be the minimum you need to work here but apparently not. If you want your order screwed up then go ahead and order from here. And when you call and ask them to re-deliver the last few to come and pick it up. Unbelievable.

I ordered my usual, regular wings and garlic wings. I ended up with red colored (semi spicy) wings and no regular wings...not sure what the later was. Why is this so hard to get correct???

I'm giving this place a 2 start, since I've ordered in the past and it was ok, but tonight was especially heinous. Absolute wrong order, no sauce, and the sprites were just carbonated waters. If this place wants to stay open, you guys need to pay for better talent, or train these clowns to do better.

Hadn't been to wigstop in several months but have always liked it. Got two orders of our favorite lemon pepper wings plus sides last night. The wings were not even a little crispy. Skin was still yellow. Almost no lemon pepper on them. I hope it was just an off day because they looked and tasted like they were microwaved and were the worst ever.

They never answer the phone! I've called at random times on random days and never get a pick up. Have everything available to order online if there are items you can only order on the phone or in person if you're never going to answer the phone. Management needs to do phone audits so this isn't a occurring situation. My sale has gone else where on multiple occasions due to this.

Ranch had big chunks in there! Be aware and cautious they are not making fresh ranch every day. They are leaving it in the fridge and it goes bad. Disgusting

They mess up every third order. They keep giving me boneless. I told them once that my order was wrong, and they still botched the reorder by getting the wrong seasoning. The last time I ordered online. I hit boneless and then changed it to classic. I've made this rookie mistake once before, and they keep making it so I made sure I hit classic. When I received my order, it was boneless. I couldn't fight this one because my receipt said boneless. I ate some of them and then threw them away. On that day, I made a vow never to buy from this place again (but I could eat at another location). My suspicions were confirmed when I went online at Wingstop. I wasn't going to order, but I thought they wouldn't have classic wings. Bingo! They offer only boneless. They're in a shortage, and they stick you with nuggets. Conspiracy theory? I don't think so. Wingstop at Cochrane sucks chickens balls!

This Wingstop does not answer the phone after 11 pm & they close at 12am , I've tried getting ahold of them 3 times and it's a no go . I think they need to fix that because if they were to answer I'll be getting there in 10min.

Very disappointed that I only got half of the wings that I ordered. The ones I got were great. When I called to complain, I was on hold for 8 minutes, then I got hung up on. When I called again, I was connected to Pablo, who's English was poor, so at least we were able to communicate in Spanish. I explained that I live on the other side of town, no way were we driving over there again. He took my name and number, my order number and total paid, and promised my next order will be free. We'll see.
