Another great meal at WH. The service was great and the music was fun for a Saturday night.

Rough night at WH. Place was relatively empty yet it took awhile for our waiter to show and then return with drinks. Wine was room temp which sucks for a high-end restaurant. Appetizers were excellent. My steak was cooked medium well despite ordering it medium rare, so I did send it back. Not something I like to do. Replacement steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty. We had to ask for steak knives. No serving spoon was provided for shareable sides. All-in-all, not the best.

Always a great experience at Willard Hicks. Great food, good wine , and always great times! Thanks for the great time - Frannie (Sarah's Vineyard)

The service team was off, not communicating with each other and leaving our large table hanging at different times. Food didn't come out together and we had to say something before our waitress even noticed. Over all was pleasant, the spotty service should have been addressed by your food manager. Assuming you have one.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch choices (the salmon, the chicken breast, and the pasta) - and the chocolate chip cookie dessert was yummy!

Great food and ambiance. Service is great but patience is required. Note if s fine dining experience.

Did not care for the ceasar salad presentation. Half my meal, risotto with scallops got thrown away instead of boxed. This mistake was not handled in a very professional way.

The worst service I have ever experienced at this establishment. The restaurant was not busy and our server was no where to be found. We ordered the coconut shrimp appetizer that was flavorless and disappointing. One of the steaks we ordered was cooked incorrectly and we couldn't do anything to correct the issue because no one check on our table. Disappointed with our whole experience.

Great food, great service. The Filet Mignon was the most tender I have had in a long time!

Service was excellent. Skirt steak entree' was undercooked (raw); it was returned to the kitchen and came back still raw. (a Mother's Day special? nothing special) Side order of Brussel sprouts were undercooked (basically raw) and had no imputed flavor from the brown sugar and truffle oil. Broccolini side was also undercooked and cold. What was good to very good? Grilled Salmon; Crab Cobb salad. The side of mashed potatoes - excellent. Creme Brule and the Cookies and Ice cream were very good! However, it took over 20 minutes to get these from the time of order. First experience at a Willard Hicks. Likely my last.

It was my moms birthday and we both had ordered a steak well done and we both had to return our streaks back at least 3 times before we got a somewhat well done steak.

I have been encouraged by OpenTable to keep this review "short, simple, and specific," but I believe that detailed, honest experiences are sometimes best for meaningful feedback. Having lived in New York City for ten years, I developed a deep appreciation for truly great steak houses such as Peter Luger, Ben Benson, and Del Frisco's. These establishments set the standard with their high-quality, properly aged prime cuts and meticulous preparation. A hallmark of these restaurants is the attentive service—waitstaff remain tableside to ensure your steak is cooked exactly as ordered and offering fresh ground pepper immediately. I am addressing only the issue of steaks and, unfortunately, Willard Hicks is not even close to these standards. I ordered a bone-in ribeye priced around $62 specifically requesting it cooked medium-rare on the rare side, along with a baked potato with toppings. The steak delivered was disappointingly thin—approximately 1/4 inch—and significantly overcooked, nearly well-done. Additionally, the baked potato was undercooked and slightly hard. Further compounding the issue, our waiter did not wait to see if the steak was as ordered and was unavailable for about ten minutes, delaying the report of these problems. When he finally reappeared, he apologized and promised a suitable replacement. Fifteen minutes later, a different staff member brought the replacement steak, now a little better thickness at about 1/2 inch and correctly cooked medium-rare but, again, promptly left without waiting to verify and no one was available to provide pepper. After flagging someone down, I finally received pepper in a dish but not fresh grounded. Now, by this point, the baked potato had become cold but with the delays already experienced, I chose not to raise another complaint. For those familiar with authentic steak house standards, this experience clearly shows that Willard Hicks falls short in this category and needs to re-evaluate their service.

Food great and service very good until after we received food. Then attention seemed to lag. Thanks for birthday dessert. Nice touch.

We had a great birthday dinner. The food was delicious and very large portions. The steaks were tender and juicy, the ribs were super tender, the hamburger was large and very good and the scallop risotto was delicious! We took lots home!
