Willard Hicks Morgan Hill

Food was terrible and barely warm. The soda from the bar has terrible after taste (request from kitchen if you take the chance and go) and it's overpriced. I live within walking distance of the restaurant, it's a shame that for such a prime location the service and food are subpar. The kitchen staff should make sure food is at a proper temperature before sending it out and service staff should be more concerned about customers instead of huddling near kitchen entrance chatting. Cost is roughly $100/pp.

Deserts were outstanding, service was great. Had thanksgiving dinner, cranberry sauce was delicious!

Filet was supposed to be medium rare but came out raw!when they cooked it more it was ok but not hot when it returned. Steak knife was dull and the filet was a little tough, for the price its not worth it. The service was slow asked for drinks got them after 15 minutes and it wasn't crowded. Just slow service with a smile. I will not be going back there anytime soon, too much $$$ for not great service, average food, and pricey cocktails.

I had a party of seven last night for my birthday dinner, and our server, Armando, was amazing. He was extremely attentive the entire night and consistently checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. He even went above and beyond by adjusting the music so our group could hear each other better, which made a huge difference. Armando also surprised me with a birthday dessert, which was such a thoughtful touch. For someone who is fairly new to the Willard Hicks team, his white-glove level of customer service really stood out and absolutely deserves to be acknowledged. He helped make my birthday dinner special, and we truly appreciated him!

The music was a little too loud, we couldn't easily speak with others at our table. The service was excellent as well as the food.

Had dinner with friends here to celebrate a birthday. The food was great! One of the things I enjoyed was that we didn't feel at all rushed. Our server checked in with us to see if we wanted anything but didn't make us feel we had to leave the table. If you want to enjoy a leisurely dinner with excellent food and drink, Willard Hicks should be your first choice.

The teriyaki steak was too salty and the meat tough. Not a pleasant entree. All the other food got was good, the raspberrie filet was delicious.

Found hair in my food, however, they did remove that item from our bill 👍🏻 We visit this particular restaurant at least four times a month and had never had an experience like that 

Another great meal at WH. The service was great and the music was fun for a Saturday night.

Rough night at WH. Place was relatively empty yet it took awhile for our waiter to show and then return with drinks. Wine was room temp which sucks for a high-end restaurant. Appetizers were excellent. My steak was cooked medium well despite ordering it medium rare, so I did send it back. Not something I like to do. Replacement steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty. We had to ask for steak knives. No serving spoon was provided for shareable sides. All-in-all, not the best.

The service team was off, not communicating with each other and leaving our large table hanging at different times. Food didn't come out together and we had to say something before our waitress even noticed. Over all was pleasant, the spotty service should have been addressed by your food manager. Assuming you have one.

We all thoroughly enjoyed our lunch choices (the salmon, the chicken breast, and the pasta) - and the chocolate chip cookie dessert was yummy!

Great food and ambiance. Service is great but patience is required. Note if s fine dining experience.

Did not care for the ceasar salad presentation. Half my meal, risotto with scallops got thrown away instead of boxed. This mistake was not handled in a very professional way.
