I had a disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. Monico who was working at the time, was unprofessional and unhelpful. My order wasn’t handled properly, and when I tried to ask for help, the attitude I received made the situation worse instead of better. Customer service is really important, and this experience didn’t meet basic expectations. I hope management addresses this so future customers don’t have the same issue.

If I could give half a star I would. I walked in to make an order with my son after school and instantly heard snickering from the corner of employees. Spanish is a language we are familiar with and the unprofessionalism while sitting in the lobby is very unwelcoming. I will never return to this store ever again. Note to store do not gossip about customers it’s unprofessional.

Its easy to overspend at Wing Stop. We got 40 wings and a large fry, and the total was over 70 dollars! I love wingstop, but i can't afford to feed my family here very often. The wings are tasty, but not exactly big in size. Also we had tocwait over 20 minutes for our order, but it was a large order, so at least it was fresh. Typical wingstop restaurant atmosphere. Service was good and they are open until 1am for those late late dinners!

I love it here i eat here probably 4x a month at least. The tuesday tender deal brings me back everytime. The tenders are so freaking good i love how the sauce is drenched on the mango habenero and all the dry rubs are super flavored like POW! The fries are never seasoned to my liking even requesting extra but hey thats okay no big deal. Thanks Wing Stop!

Can’t place online orders as it’s been down for weeks, then can’t place a phone order because nobody ever asks.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered ahead and my order was still somehow 20 minutes late and they proceeded to get every single part of it wrong. The only part of my order that was correct was a part that I was in charge of and that was my soda. This place is being run like a defunct zoo.
