The Louisiana wings are my family's go to! A little savory with the tiniest amount of kick. Perfect for all ages. Their fries are only one of my favorites in town. So make sure to order more. They go fast. One thing to note, call in your order if you can, the wait is a bit longer than little kids can handle.

The wings cook just right. And the sauce was fresh all the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have about the flavors and what degree of hot you are most comfortable with. Keep up the great work.

I also see the staff preparing food with bare hands while touching random things such as the ice buckets to refill ice in the soda machine. Overall this place needs to be managed properly. Definitely won't be coming back.

The wait to order is ridiculously slow! Been in line for 15 minutes to place an order and I am next in line. I don’t understand why the cashiers don’t know how to place an order they always seem confused. They need to help move the line quicker! A customer was having a difficult time ordering and the cashier makes it worse by not helping and didn’t know what to do. This Wings Stop just needs more cashiers and it would move the line faster. Also I have ordered online in the past and my order is always wrong when delivered. I never have a problem at the Gilroy location. Unfortunately this is the closest to home.Parking: Parking is always busy tight spots.
