OMG the staff was amazing and Lina was extremely helpful she even went out of way to make sure I was satisfied with the yogurt ? ?. I most definitely recommend this location.

I have never been spoken to that rudely by a staff person at a yogurt shop in my entire life, and I’m almost 50. I made a “mistake” by pressing the incorrect flavor (because they are very strangely labeled that don’t follow conventional logic) and I was reprimanded in a sharp tone for the fact that I “can’t keep wasting yogurt”. Aghast in horror at the treatment by this person, I just promptly left and told them I’m never coming back. She responded very nastily “that’s fine then!” Utterly ridiculous. It was a middle aged white woman, this happened on a Thursday afternoon around 12:30 PM. Not buying from Hilda Von Meaniestein ever again!

I went in to get some yogurt and wanted to sample a couple of the flavors before I decided and they told us that they no longer give samples. That is poor customer service. What kind of yogurt shop doesn't allow even a single sample?

The yogurt was runny. And it was ridiculously expensive. We didn’t even fill our yogurt past half of the cup. Just a few little lumps in the cups and it was $13.73!!! What for??!! The quality was terrible. And they don’t let you add toppings yourself. We felt really ripped off. So that is why I am leaving a review. It wasn’t right.

The employee working was not friendly at all! She kept looking over our shoulder, watching us eat. While we were eating at a table inside, she told us it was dine out only and she took the table and chairs outside and it was raining!!!! She made 3 moms 2 infants and a toddler sit in the rain! There were no signs anywhere saying it was dine out only or else we would not have gone! Horrible horrible customer service! Very Rude! Don't go there! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

Person working at the store didn't want 3 kids and their moms sitting inside the place so instead she moves the table outside as it begins raining then closes the door on them leaving them outside in the cold rain. How could anyone be so disrespectful to another person (especially moms with young kids). This was the first time we tried the place and the last time they will ever see us. To the owner of this store, you might want to consider some staff changes. This kind of behavior is unacceptable.

The yogurt is delicious, and I like that they put the toppings on for you—it’s way more sanitary than places that let kids do it themselves. The hours are weird though, it is hard to get there before close when you work a day job, and they don’t let you sample the flavors.

Love this place. I haven’t been to a lot of other yogurt places. I don’t care a lot about sampling.This place has nice variety of vegan and non vegan options and great selection of toppings.Very conveniently located with ample parking too.

Not friendly or welcoming although they have positive vibes on the sign. Good flavors, good yogurt, decent prices. Perhaps not use do diverse folks. I wasn’t comfortable there. You should be more welcoming to all ethnicities.

Disappointed once I got there from traveling far, they do not allow anyone to sample any of the flavors. I understand there is inflation but as a consumer I’m out much more if I don’t like the taste of the yogurt. They lost a customer due to this!

Good frozen yogurt with lots of different options for both the yogurt and the toppings. The place looked closed when we went there. All the chairs were inside and there wasn't any staff that we could see from the outside. Thankfully, we trusted the open sign and walked in.
