Stopped in before hitting the truck trail and the staff mentioned I have to try their burgers… well they were right! The burger was excellent and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The server inside was incredibly nice and made sure to get everyone seated in the correct order that they arrived, very impressive. A very unique and cool spot. For an appetizer I tried the tomato soup which was delicious

Food was pretty good, chili was more of a stew. Wish I had got the Jose burger instead. Very cold inside, flies go crazy outside. Staff was great. Overall pretty good!

Great service and a wonderful place to stop for a meal. I ordered the nachos. They were okay. The chili needed salt and the two sauces they brought lacked flavor and salt. My husband ordered the Jose burger with fries. The fries were delicious. They were hot and crispy. My husband was grateful that they included a big ring of fresh onion on his burger. The best thing was the yummy apple pie a la mode. I couldn't stop eating the caramel drizzle. The crust was definitely home made. Loved it!

This place is a real gem. The prices are correct and the quality of the food is high. Wonderful to sit outside for dinner at sunset. The service is correct.

I have driven past this cafe easily over 100 times and it always caught my attention. I finally had an opportunity to eat here and was impressed. My burger (Jose Burger) was perfectly made Medium Rare and tasted great. Beer was good, staff was friendly and the atmosphere was nice.

I had a good burger with cole slaw and a drink for over 24 bucks, including a decent tip. If comparing this to fast food, it seems expensive, but it has an eclectic feel and is in a location miles from suburbia. The service was friendly and outside tables under a patio cover allowed us to have our dogs with us. The Pacific Crest Trail passes very near and I can imagine a beer and a burger as a fitting reward after hiking. They welcome motorcycles and equestrians as well as motorists. Located on the Pines to Palms Parkway, this location is within reach of Palm Desert, Hemet Lake, and Temecula with scenic road in every direction. Not cheap but good.
