Natalie is amazing and had a smile on her face the whole time she let me sample a few ice creams and I went with pistachio since u can't find it everywhere, we need more Natalie's in this world

Although the ice cream was good, the service is terrible. The girl with blonde hair is such a rude person it's disgusting. I don't know if her attitude is toward just my experience or to many but regardless it shouldn't have happened. I am unaware of this woman's name, but all I know is that she is a lazy and rude person.

10$ for ice cream is crazy. America is not so great ?

It’s so good to have another good ice cream shop in the area. I have been here multiple times now and it’s been a great experience. The staff is really nice and always helpful. They offer tasting options especially to the kids which is really nice of them. Have tried multiple flavours for ice cream as well as milk shakes. Even been there at a time very close to closing hours but they still accommodate and never are in a rush.

While I typically reserve five-star ratings for truly exceptional experiences, I have no hesitation in awarding this establishment four stars. It's a gem in the local culinary scene, and I can't wait to return for another scoop (or two) very soon!Only Downside is the lack of staff.Currently the staff is amazing I just think they more on duty it can get packed in there.

Unfortunately this is yet another poorly run location in mountain house.UnderstaffedConsistently out of suppliesOrders are wrongThe two times I have been there I watched numerous people leaving because of the wait times. This will be my last time going to this location.To the person who commented before me, Ava, this is not the time for you to whip out that white lady magic where you think you can bend reality with your words. “You can’t control who goes in there”, what kind of madness is that? Instead of trying to gas light people for telling the truth, just share your experience.

My wife and I came on grand opening day. They had a line out the door. Although we waited in line for abruptly 45 minutes the employees tried to be as quick as possible while giving fantastic customer service. We WILL be back! Hopefully they won't be too busy next time we stop by.

I am unsure as to why some would say it was a bad environment. I loved how welcoming the workers were. The people who come in cannot be controlled. Although there was an incident it’s not the jobs duty to make sure they don’t come in? It’s not like they know who comes in and what they might do. Anyways, they made sure they got everything right and made a delicious sundae for my friend and I. The worker would ask us every little question just in case we didn’t want a certain thing or to change it. I am so happy they opened one in Mountain House. It’s quick service once you get to the front of the line. Although it is a little long since it just opened. I’m excited to go there when I get my ice cream craving. My favorite flavor is Caramel Cone. It’s to die for!

This is a newer location, their Grand Opening was great.It was expected that the grand opening, would have long wait times and on that day they provided an adequate amount of scoops for the size ordered.However, second time going today, the line was longer due to low staff, which causes significant wait times, the upkeep in cleanliness was not present, even the bathroom was unclean, I’m sure this is due to low staff.They didn’t have any management onsite, which is concerning.The 1scoop of ice cream for a regular sized cup was confusing, the proportion didn’t match the size.

This is a lovely place and everyone there is kind! Theres a little bit of a line because it just opened but their cookies and cream ice cream is amazing:)
