People in this community try to defend this place because we didn’t have businesses for a long time. It’s pathetic to defend a corporation that robs you the way Safeway does. Grow up.

They didn't have what I wanted in the butcher shop and the only person that helped me was not I repeat not an employee older than myself and dressed like me. I'm 67 and something was extremely odd and weird. At the mountain house Safeway. A couple of days ago really weird. ?

i was so excited when this safeway opened, but greatly disappointed ! fruits are old and decomposing, staff is busy chitchatting and never helps customer in need. very bad and rude manager who has totally unkept the store. being a person of color, he wasn't paying attention to my requests. never going here again.

Long awaited chain grocery stone for this town. It is fulfilling expectations to great extent. I tried drive through pickup and it works great with awesome staff here Once goods prices here, becomes competitive , they can earn 5th star for sure

I’ve tried to avoid this store after a couple of visits and noticing their high prices. I stopped by over the weekend to get a few things and found 85% ground beef for $11.59 per pound! ($6 at any other store in the area). Green onions for $1.89 per bunch ($0.88 elsewhere) and a host of seriously overpriced items across all aisles and departments. Price gouging is very much in play here, based on my experiences. Winco, Walmart and Target all have much lower prices for the identical items. Store is clean and new which is a plus but not enough to justify the prices.

Safeway Fuel Station is fast and convenient. If you can remember to enter your phone number for rewards discount ¢.10 up to $1.00 off the gallon and 20 pump stations available.
