Disappointing experience. No help from whoever answered the phone at the physical restaurant, wrong location given on their site, so during arrival their address placed me in an open field near no buildings. Super stressful and so I asked for a refund. Nope, they couldn’t do anything to help me besides to tell me to contact corporate for a refund…? Staff only spent one minute on the phone with me. This customer service experienced was a deal breaker; will not be a returning customer.

5 stars all around for this location. Had one of the best experiences with my family. Was welcomed with a smile, and great customer service compared to other locations. The veggies were super fresh, had an earthy feeling when having the veggie sandwich.
Appreciate the way we were treated and welcomed here. Thank you. This location is the place to go to!!!! Quick fast and welcoming!!!!!

When you charge extra money, customers expect to get all basic ingredients and they were skimpy on the rest. Hopefully, it was a one time mistake!

I recently dined at Mountain House and was blown away by their sourdough bread. The crisp crust and soft, tangy interior were perfect. The friendly staff and warm atmosphere made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Nice sandwich shop in this growing town. I was long timer subway fan but in recent years it has changed due to various issues. Glad that I found this chain shop at MH which is perfectly maintained by management. My kid and I like chicken Cholula and yes cookie platter.

Best place to get a sandwich in mountain house ?. Would definitely come to this place again. They have great staff and very friendly. They have menu items for children and I believe catering also available. Definitely recommended for everyone

I loved this place so much. So positive environment. I loved the food so much. Staff was so friendly and cooperative. They welcomed me so well always had positive attitude towards the customers. It was not so much wait time. Store was busy but the staff handle it so perfectly. Breads are completely baked and sandwich was made with so much perfection

Friendly and welcoming environment! The staff is nice, especially Savreet, and the food is always fresh. I love it! I'm always so glad to order the churchy sandwich—it's so delicious and consistently tasty every time. The chocolate cookies are yummy too!

Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwiches are always fresh and filled. They are warm and crispy, I find them wonderful. Veggie always fresh.

First of all the young lady working was very pleasant and welcoming ? The establishment looks clean and is comfortably air conditioned.
However, I ordered the veggie sandwich and it was disappointing. The lettuce was brown and wilting and the carrots were super dry and had brown edges
Unfortunately, I threw it out and had to make my own fresh sandwich at home after spending a lot of money to dine out.
I had such high hopes after entering…what a bummer.

I paid 18 dollars for a small 6 inch sandwich and a soda. No chips those were extra total rip off 20 something for a 8 inch. Sandwich was smaller than a red bull can. Don't recommend this place unless not hungry and rich.

Decent sandwich place. Unfortunately the food is way overpriced. We’d love to come more often due to its convenience but probably won’t bother due to the prices.
