Food was good but what the hell the liquor prices. I had a glass of wine not a big glass and happy hour $6.00. My husband had crown on the rocks $12.00. This was all at happy hour. We asked about it and the bartender said "oh I don't know" I've only been here 3 days. Will never go back that's why there never any cars in the lot. Very sad.

A friend took me to The Chilling Point for my birthday. The employees were very friendly and the food was absolutely delicious! I can't wait to go back again. There are different specials throughout the week. I am currently planning a girls' night out there. Cannot wait to go back and enjoy the good food and great atmosphere.

The service was really top notch ... professional yet friendly and attentive ... beer was cold (805 in bottle) and the food (pastrami on rye with fries) was hot ... simple (I had to add some seasoning and mustard) but well executed ... place was very comfy, superClean and smelled great ... super good vibe ... definitely recommend

I had a burger and fries. The fries were terrible burger was pretty good. Service was very good. The young lady bartender done a great job. prices are reasonable and appears to be a nice clean place was not overly impressed with the food I like just plain french fries but there’s are a little on the weird side. I’ve had them other places and did not like them. Also, I don’t think the real potatoes.

Worst experience ever! Half our meals were wrong. They charged extra for everything including eggs and biscuits with chicken fried steak even though menu said they came with it. Over priced for the quality. My biscuits were clearly microwaved and hard. I was done eating by the time my kids even got thier food. Then had to wait until thier food was cold for butter and syrup. They said they would give us a 10% discount for all the problems but didn’t actually do that. Then they charged us 20% gratuity and refused to take it off! Never never go here! Waste of your money! Would give zero stars if I could

this is a great place to stop and have a good meal when you're traveling. The service is top-notch. Best French fries ever. Sandwiches are wonderful..... big portions at a reasonable price. We'll keep stopping here.Parking: They have plenty of room to park RVs or trailers.

We were looking for a place called Juicy's or Giggling Cactus. Turns out now it's called Chilling Point. Very good service.Food and drinks were great.We got there on a Thursday evening so we got the prime rib dinner for $20. Prime rib, veggies, potato, soup or salad AND desert!

We ate here last night 8/5/2023. Food was ok however the service was so bad. We have 2 diabetic patients in our party. It took them forever to serve the other order of the diabetic patient. They serve breakfast all day and one in our party ordered pancakes. That one really took forever as in we were all done eating and they have still have not served the pancakes. Pancakes finally came but no syrup or butter. We asked for both. Waitress came with syrup but no butter but said she will come back for the butter. A good ten minutes after and still no butter. So one from our party got up to get the butter. The waitress finally came with 4 cubes of frozen butter. The waitress was very apologetic and mentioned that she will take off from our tab the two orders that took forever to be served. Our bill came and not only were the 2 orders not taken off but a 20% TIP was added to our bill. I understand we are a party of 7 and that 20% tip will be added but after all the bad service they provided, good customer service would dictate that something differently needed to be done here. No apologies , nothing from the manager about the bad service they provided but was just stern about the 20% tip charge. I do not recommend this place. There are other restaurants in Needles with better food and service. They could be better.

Love going for the happy hour, and Taco Tuesdays, foods really good and very reasonably priced. Food was delicious and the service was very good, we will be back soon! We had the spaghetti and meatballs, fettuccine and chicken. You have to try this place.

Really good food and the front desk is amazing!! She was the sweetest to us from the moment we walked up, she opened the door for us and gave us a nice seat as well and she was very sweet and bubbly! She has a wonderful personality. I would honestly come back just for her lol! Now our Actual server never came to check on us at all... so that's what the lower stars are for.. She also told us they were out of orange juice and then a family walked in right behind us and got 3 cups of orange juice. We were upset about that as well.
