I ordered a strawberry kiwi misty freeze and it's says in its description that it's made with soft serve, they gave me a regular ass slushy. It's still decent but absolutely not what I paid $10 for. If I wanted a plain slushy I would've gone to ampm and got a large one for $3

I called the place to ask them questions about what they sold at 1050. They answered but failed to tell me they closed at 11. But on google it says they closed at 12. So thinking the Dairy Queen in needles was the only one open at 12 we took a 24 minute drive down there just for no one to be their and the gas station employee tell me they closed at 11.

That one day when I found out Needles has a Dairy Queen when I've driven past it dozens of times!!! EUREKA! He was so great and even gave me bananas on my brownie 🍨 and made all my ice cream dreams come true!!!!! 😋

Went into this location to order a Butterfinger Blizzard with Chocolate Ice Cream. The kid working rang it up and went to make the Blizzard. He first started off with Vanilla Ice Cream, I reminded him over the counter Chocolate Ice Cream. He proceeded to put the Butterfinger and then put a chocolate syrup or fudge in it. He brought to me and I said I wanted it with chocolate ice cream. Of which he stated that his manager told him not to make blizzards with chocolate ice cream and that he couldn't do that. When asked why he just double down and continues to repeat himself very rudely. I then said either make it with chocolate ice cream or refund it. First of it should have been told me that they could not make it with ice cream. Just assuming I would be fine with the way it was made was not good customer service. Second when asked why every other dairy queen can do it and not them, we got attitude and told we are not like every other dairy queen and our manager says no chocolate ice cream in blizzard. Third if you are going to have this in place have your employees ready with a better answer then just our manager said not too. Even if would be a lie be something like we are low on chocolate ice cream or something. Not a response that so rude.

The staff are top-notch at the Barstow and Ludlow locations. Pristine inside as well as outside. Barstow location is rustic and well loved. Ludlow location is newly renovated. Beautiful, just beautiful.
Vegetarian options: I'm not vegetarian. I think there are 2 or more options. Ice cream and vegetarian burgers.
Dietary restrictions: Options to remove any allergies. They change gloves when notified of any allergies. I witnessed it myself due to onion allergies 🤧.
Parking: Lots of room. Security bar for safty of patrons. Wheelchair ♿️ accessible.
Kid-friendliness: Highchairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wide ramp with plenty of space.

The Caucasian male who was working today at approximately 7:30 pm is absolutely patient, professional, kind, with great communication skills, and goes the extra mile with helping the customers. He definitely deserves a manager position with that great effort and attitude.
I travel across the entire continent, over and over, so I see a lot of American fast food. Dairy Queen has always been a reliable favorite. But this particular location is number one, in my book. The food of course, is as good as ever. The service can’t be beat (speed, accuracy, friendliness - all tops.) But the extra ingredient in this location is the amazing location, shared with a few other businesses - you will not run out of fun and amazing things to amuse yourself while waiting for your Blizzard or cone.
