I don't know what's going on with Domino's but every time I call to get a delivery they always tell me they don't deliver no more or something like that it's just crazy but yes their food is awesome and their service is awesome but they're on the phone service is garbage they keep telling me they don't deliver when I know

This is the absolute worst Dominos I have ever dealt with… took an hour and a half to receive my food and when I called and asked if I needed to pick it up myself if I wanted warm food and was told “it’s fine it’s under a heat lamp” the worst part is that it was still cold when I got it and it was only 8 minutes down the road.

They got everything wrong on my order, everything! Pizza- wrong, dressing- wrong, shaker toppings - wrong! And the tracker said it was ready, when I walked in they were just starting to make it! WRONG! The prep area wasn't being used... The toppings were not on ice and cornmeal was everywhere!

Ordered med steak & cheese pizza, with extra cheese & meat, got steak cheese, peppers & onions, no extra meat & cheese. Cheese steak sandwich with no vegetables. It was burnt & barely any meat & cheese. Was told they couldn't do anything about it that it was supposed to be burnt & cheesy bread with extra pepperoni. Didn't have extra pepperoni. & very poor taste on top of that. Manager said what do u want me to do with an attitude. When I said just send another he said it would be an hour 1/2 to 2 hr wait. I told him never mind I'll take the credit. The delivery person has a very poor attitude as well. I would have gave her a tip if she had good customer service but that was was an epic fail.I threw the food away after trying it (yuck)& ordered elsewhere, that was a waste of $40 bucks??

They suck...customer service is horrible..was put on hold 3 times for 15 minutes never got thru had to order online which took another 30 min...got 80 bucks worth of food and they wouldn't let me pay with a 100 bill..had to leave fo get change....it was a joke.they also don't deliver to may apartments because someone threw a soda at them 2 years ago or something like that....but those people moved ..however the rite aide next door has a very nice manager who broke my 100 for me...
Pizza crust was falling apart. They put way too much cheese. I asked for extra pepperoni but not only did I not get it but the pepperoni that was on there was on one side of the pizza. I am very disappointed we didn't even eat it. A waste of money.

Order today, online picked up my order. Went home The one pizza was overly burned. I called back I got the GM that would not give me his name. He would not take the pizza back. He would not refund the pizza or remake the pizza. He basically told me tough luck i dont know what you want me to do about it but i am not replacing it and that he wouldn't do anything for me he said so not nice choice words to me and hung up on me. My husband called back and he did the same thing to him. Very rude, nasty would not give us his name. Extremely unprofessional. He would not give his supervisors name or info for us to file a complaint with, and he hang up on us 3 times and then threatened us with the police, so we are taking it to corporate, so if you do not have to go to this location, do not customer service and foodAre terrible?.The location in Fort Mojave up the Road is amazing and they are very helpful, this location is my new pizza place.Needles CA location is a BIG DISAPPOINTMEMT for terrible pizza and rude service that's what you can expect to find their.
