Not sure why it was reviewed at a 2.9/5. Good dinner the BBQ chicken portion and taste was great! Just had breakfast and the French toast is solid. Service was good as well, views are great, zero complaints. Also, drinks are cheap imo coming to California from Indy.

So....went to dinner last night with another couple at Tukukan (not by choice, long story). Seated at 5:20 pm, left at 7: 40 pm (not by choice). Only 1 waiter, 1 host and 1 busboy. The place wasn't crowded by any means. Main course arrived around 6:30 pm. Eatable but nothing to write home about (and they ran out of mashed potatoes). Ordered 2 apatizers that arrived after the main course (only got 1). Host Gino (volunteering as a server) was literally running back and forth at warp speed doing the best possible; he was overwhelmed. In conclusion eat before your come or don't make any plans afterwards as we had to wait for the 8:30 pm ferry to return home. Management is obviously totally incompetent and probably couldn't care less.

Rude waitress. Refused to get a beer. Never brought drinks. Served people who arrived 10 minutes after us. Wouldn't refill water glass. We walked out and went to bar. Waitress from restaurant came to bar 10 minutes after we left and confronted us asking if we wanted our food. We said no due to rudeness and total lack of professionalism.

Service and mediation skills of the staff are beyond poor. The atmosphere here is dead and with good reason: the employees here are incapable of performing basic tasks and conflict resolution. Rather than attempting to resolve issues with their service, the employees will side with each other to argue against their customers rather than providing them service.
First of all, the older waitress was attempting to bus food out to us when it was not her responsibility: we were already being covered by a different team member. The older waitress was then unable to give us our correct orders TWICE, which led to a mixup in which neither me or my mother were eating our correct meals. Her response to this was to take MY sandwich and try to order my mother a different sandwich, which did not resolve the issue. She then engaged us with a loud, unprofessional tone and aggressive demeanor as she began to argue with us over the situation above my dad’s plate. She did not make an effort to correct her mistake and refused to provide us any further service, when she could have just had me and my mom’s sandwiches remade to resolve the issue. She then attempted to bring the manager in to charge us for 2 sandwiches we hadn’t even consumed. She continued to argue with us even in the presence of her manager.
We had our plates taken from us and had no dinner. The whole family is highly disappointed with the inability of this older staff member to mediate this catastrophe.

This is an absolute hidden gem! Take a ferry for only $5 to cross the lake which is awesome by itself. Once you arrive wonder thru the casino to the restaurant. We arrived at 4:30pm and had the place to ourselves!!! A little nervous at first but wow... Server was great. Food was absolutely amazing and fairly priced. Maybe of the best tasting meals I have had. Rueben was tasty with oozing sauce. Fries cooked perfectly. Will do this again and you should too!

I took my family to eat at the restaurant and all the food was great and the staff was very nice and had a lot of hustle. Great experience and definitely will eat here again.

The food was great!!! No wait at all. We had the steak and BBQ sampler. Great service from all the staff, including the bus boys. I'm not sure why there aren't more posts on this place. But if you get a chance, give it a chance hopefully your not disappointed.
I've eaten here a few times over the last couple of years. Food is decent. Service is good. There's one waiter to the whole restaurant, so if you can be patient, it's pretty good good. Service is great. I've eaten the fried chicken, which is not your usual fried chicken. It's not spice. I've had the sausage ravioli meal. I love it but it's a heavy meal with heavy cream and lots of cheese but really good. The onion rings are the best around, chicken wings are decent. I wish they had more variety of soups, though

The waitress was very nice. The host and water boy were very rude. We waited forever to get our order taken and an hour in, we still never got our food. We left and will NEVER return, that's a promise.

One word for their food; NASTY !!! My wife ordered the patty melt; yikes. The rye bread was on the grill to long; slight burnt. The patty was a frozen prepackaged hamburger; not good. The onions, maybe two little pieces, were barely grilled. The special sauce on the patty melt, was not for that type of sandwich. I had the Chicken tenders; way overdone. The fries were good. My wife had a bloody mary; maybe a 4 out of 10. The staff worked very hard. I am giving a 3 star on service, because they need to hire more staff. Those poor ladies worked their butts off, and they deserve a 5 star review; very pleasant too. Not their fault that the management needs training on how to staff a business.
