My wife and I stopped by this Baskin Robbins after grabbing dinner nearby at a restaurant. She wanted her rocky road ice cream so this Baskin Robbins was ideal for us. We found parking easily in the front because it was night time and I guess not a lot of people come here. There was a lady in front of us with a big order so we had to wait. When it was our turn, I got a single scoop rocky road on a salt cone for my wife and a single scoop chocolate chip on a regular cone. Our ice cream was delicious and we ate it inside at the sofa area they had. The employees were very nice to use and provided great customer service. There no bathroom for customers in here so be aware.

Clean store, and it smells really good inside, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly, and the quality and quantity of ice creams and flavors is amazing. And the servings are bigger than I expected them to be, which was an added bonus.

I only like 3 flavors from the chain of locations, however, I’m not opposed to ordering all 31 flavors once or twice. The ice cream is the crème de la crème of ice cream places and is preferable over Ghirardelli and/or frozen yogurt like Menchies any day of the week-save for gelato.

I took my two little ones here tonight and the guy that helped was really patient with us and so nice! He saw that my little dropped her ice cream as we were about to leave and he didn’t even hesitate to start scooping her up a new ice cream cone. She was so happy. wish i got his name but thank you again! We will be back!
