Clean store, and it smells really good inside, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly, and the quality and quantity of ice creams and flavors is amazing. And the servings are bigger than I expected them to be, which was an added bonus.

I only like 3 flavors from the chain of locations, however, I’m not opposed to ordering all 31 flavors once or twice. The ice cream is the crème de la crème of ice cream places and is preferable over Ghirardelli and/or frozen yogurt like Menchies any day of the week-save for gelato.

I ordered a rosette cake online. The half sheet. And it looked NOTHING like it did online. The girl who delivered it was young and seemed not to care. The cake was very dry once we cut into it. And I think the cake frosting was messed up, and over frosted. Very disappointed in spending hard earned money on a cake that looked nothing like the photo, and extremely dry. The quality was so low, I would not order from Baskin again.

I took my two little ones here tonight and the guy that helped was really patient with us and so nice! He saw that my little dropped her ice cream as we were about to leave and he didn’t even hesitate to start scooping her up a new ice cream cone. She was so happy. wish i got his name but thank you again! We will be back!

I went a couple of Saturday nites ago after 9:00PM thinking it wouldn't be crowded. I was wrong. What was a pleasent suprise was that this place was run like a military mess hall, (in a good way). These employees were knocking out complicated custom orders like it was nothing. It took no time at all. I commend the management of this Baskin Robbins location! I don't know what your secrect is but I'd like you to start doing my hiring. AND...the ice cream was excellent.
