Their soda machines are in DESPERATE need of being cleaned. Ordered a Dr. Pepper in the drive through and it was truly disgusting. Went inside to inform them they the staff didn't care at all said I could get another from the lobby machine. I tried that Dr. Pepper and it was also disgusting. Burger and fried were not bad

We stopped her after being in the car for over 5 hours we had been hoping to see a Burger King off the freeway for a long time as we were craving a whopper so bad. So the moment we seen, Burger King was right off the freeway we had to stop and it fulfilled our cravings at a 10 out of 10 our food was freshly made. Our fries were nice and warm. We did use the restrooms and the restrooms were clean which was nice to see. We had to place our own orders at the kiosks. Although I did see that there were some registers at the front which I’m assuming that if you need help, there would be a cashier to assist you. This place is right off the five freeway next to a gas station easy access back to the freeway. Doesn’t take you too much away from your route.

The drive thru lady that took my order and handed my order wrong at 24530 Lyons Ave, Newhall, CA 91321 on 7/31/25 at 4:53 PM was very very unprofessional and very rude. The manager and her got my food ready and forgot an item. I was about to leave the location and I had to back up because of the missing burger , I went back and she looked at me so annoyed and I told her that there’s a burger missing , she never even apologized, went and laughed with the manager and handed the burger just like that without even looking at me and closed the window on me . No apology at all or nothing. My family and I live close to this bk and my dad also had the same issue a couple weeks ago with the same manager and drive thru worker . We will never come back to this bk again. That’s is why is slow now , very rude workers .
