Absolutely WORST Burger King ever! I ordered $98 worth of food. 6 burgers, 2 fries, nuggets, and jalapeño bites and asked for 6 sauces and they refused to give it to me without charging me 25 cents each sauce. Are you kidding me? Will never be going back. And food is never good anyway.

I ordered the SpongeBob Whopper box through the Burger King app, and I paid for two boxes. When I went to pick up my order, they only tried to give me one box. I showed them my receipt and the proof of the charge from my bank, and the employee was very rude. He tried to insinuate that he was “giving me a free box,” just because it wasn’t showing up in their system. That is extremely disrespectful. Whatever errors their system is showing are not my problem — I paid the full amount online.
I was made to feel as if I was trying to scam them, when I clearly had all the proof of my purchase. The service was very unpleasant, judgmental, and unprofessional. They didn’t even take the time to investigate before accusing me. I left feeling very uncomfortable and I would never come back to this location. I do not recommend it

We went thru the drive thru and ordered. We got the food fast and customer service was great. Although we got the wrong sandwich, they took back the mistake and fixed it correctly very quickly. Very happy with them.
