We went thru the drive thru and ordered. We got the food fast and customer service was great. Although we got the wrong sandwich, they took back the mistake and fixed it correctly very quickly. Very happy with them.
The food was hot, we ordered on the kiosk but had difficulty finding the tacos so the gal behind the counter was useless as far as assistance goes. She asked the other lady working the window with her headset on about it and she shouted the tacos weren’t on the menu on the kiosk. We kept scrolling and found them, the girls need training. Goes without saying. There may have been one other customer on our visit but besides that it was empty. The ladies restroom was clean.
Easy drive through with short distance from freeway. Slow service. They seemed understaffed. When I went there at 0600 I only saw one employee. Hashbrown potatoes were greasy. I asked for salt but was given pepper. When I pointed this out and asked for salt again, I received the salt with a side of attitude for free.
