I've ordered here a lot, usually during rush hour. I have never had a bad pizza from this location. Most places do weird things like cutting your pizza into six tiny triangles and two huge pieces. Not here. Never had a problem with the staff for pickups, never had a late pizza. I usually do take-out, but today I had delivery, and even the driver was nice. It's everything you ever wanted out of a pizza joint. Thanks guys.

Food is good, but the bathrooms are disgusting. Couldn't even flush the toilet because it's broken, toilet is stained yellow and black because it hasn't been cleaned, and the sink is stained from lack of cleaning. CLEAN PLEASE!!!

Be careful! We ordered from here tonight and my daughter found something grayish inside her boneless chicken. What made me upset though was that I called the store right away to let them know that they might want to check their chicken supply and they could care less. The employee's response was an underwhelming "Oh, um, okay." So disappointing.

Why don't they answer the phone???? Wanted a pizza last night but nobody answered the phone ?. Prompted the system over and over to speak to a person but it kept going in circles for over 5 minutes.... Got tired of waiting and By the way Papa John's actually answered my phone call imagine that.

Lot of topping missing and way overpriced.A year later. Same thing. Toppings missing or mixed all the time. If u like to order pizza like Russian roulette. Go for it.

I don't know what happened between my first review and the atrocious pizza received a few weeks ago. The exact same pizza, Brooklyn style, with barely melted cheese and soggy crust. Ugg.
It was a hard day working in hot sun then went to order a pizza and the worker taking phone orders named Christian started messing with me. I had to keep repeating order like 20X. I have never been treated so rude. I will never call or go into the Dominos restaurant on Lyons Ave in Newhall again!

Very disappointed on June 6 . Order a pizza with 5 topping got just a pepperoni pizza. Notified Domino's with a phone call. Went back to store. Employee raise her voice telling me to open the box but the way she said wasn't necessary to embarrassed me like it was my mistake. I never raised my voice or was not polite.

The service at this location has been excellent. The people are super nice and I had an issue with a past order and sent an email and got a call back from one of the managers. Very nice and understanding. Other than this one time the food is usually pretty good.

When my pizza came in, I noticed that the slices were all already separated instead of it being cut like I can tell when you take a slice and try to fill it in to make it look like you didn’t take a slice off. the pizza did not come connected how it usually does.
