Great experience this morning, was helped by Jenna or Jenny. I know is Starbucks new policy to make their employees be welcoming and give that neighborhood cafe feel (shame on corporate for making them do that). But the crowd at this location seems genuinely pleasant.
Not feeling the remodel. Not enough places to sit and enjoy your inside, but I get it, in and out is the name of the game.

Seriously, you guys charge a lot, and for what, a cup full of ice and just a small amount of coffee. This is horrible and even if you ask for light ice, with the new cups you can't even see if they even did that and on top of that with the price we pay you'd think they would think about the customer and their coffee not just give a cup of ice chips with a half cup of Java....seriously starbucks get it together.

This has been my home store for almost 20 years. The staff is amazing, friendly, and they get the order right the first time, unlike some other coffee shops.

I always us the app. I was in the parking lot already when I finally put my order in. At that moment I decided to wait a few minutes, but when I walked in my food was already ready. To my surprise, I found my sandwich ready to go and my latte ready to be drank. The flavor on my latte is delicious. The Gouda sandwich is amazing. I'm particular and rarely eat breakfast, but this is a must. Service was outstanding. I was greeted when I walked in and when i mentioned i pre-ordered they asked me if there is anything else I may need. Overall a fantastic experience.

I usually love this SB and use the drive through. However, I did a pick up order and the girl was kinda rude. I saw two of my four drinks on the counter and they looked like they were sitting for a while due to the separation of ingredients. I was standing there for about 5-10 minutes before the girl asked me if I was waiting for something, I said yes, the rest of my order. Oh ok, she said. Then continues to make another order before she finally hands me the two other beverages that were sitting on the back counter. So then I needed to carry them out, she didn't offer the cup carrier, four drinks and two hands? Unbelievable.

It's just another ok Starbucks, I typically don't like Starbucks, but I've recently got a bunch of Starbucks gift cards and need to spend them. Coffee is just ok, a little too strong for my taste and a bit bitter.
