Lightning fast service upon my first visit at this location. Drive thru was a little crowded went inside and received my juice! Clean interior, one restroom, a few tables to sit down inside or outside. Wonderful service. Great stop!

I ordered hot white chocolate mocha but guess what, they didn't put any coffee on it. I just got milk and white chocolate syrup. Everyone work here needs to be trained again! Customer service here and manager sucks! Be nice to your customers bec they're the ones whose paying you!!!

I ordered two items, got charged for 3, a venti "Doppio" - a drink I never heard of! They didn't make the mocha as I ordered and in their "fixing" the mistake, they handed me a disgusting tasting "Dippio" espresso which is 100% not even anything I ever ordered! I'm livid sitting in the drive thru to return it as I type this. I just want my money back.

Met a good friend at Starbucks on Lyons avenue, Newhall. I particularly like this Starbucks cuz it has a very spacious feel. Also I wasn't in the mood for coffee necessarily, but barista suggested an Earl Gray tea, which is exactly what I needed. I also had the oatmeal which is always perfectly delicious with all the toppings. Definitely a very nice Monday morning experience.
NEVER AGAIN. Went with my 3 year old before we headed home and it was the worst experience I've had at a Starbucks ever. Normally really friendly but this time I ordered a tall water and asked for strawberry scoops in it. Since there are no kid drinks available this is my way of getting something for my daughter. When I got to the front they wanted 4.85 for her drink. EXCUSE ME? free water with .80c strawberry scoop and wanted to charge for a specialty tea. The girl knows she was in the wrong bc when I questioned it, the window attendant said it wasn't actually her who took the order. The one who did ran over to "explain". The reason she gave me was because it's "still their product". I don't mind at all paying for the strawberry scoop I got a regular drink for myself as well (which was made wrong asked for iced chai with matcha foam and got matcha on matcha.. gross) so I don't understand the hostility for just adding strawberry scoops in some water. With my drink I just let that one go because I already made a fuss about the water, waste of money and time. DONT VISIT THIS ONE IF YOU HAVE SMALL KIDS WITH YOU.

Starbucks is always a great place for coffee and other beverages. The Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.Features: All covid 19 safety protocols are in place.
Worst starbucks ever. Staff ignore you. Coffee is undefiled every time I go there. The breakfast sandwiches are mushy and cold in the middle almost every time I have gone there. Today I ordered coffee, and it was half full. I am never, NEVER going back to this or probably any starbucks again.

I love this Starbucks. First off they workers are so amazing always sweet. They are fast and listen to you when you order. My go to Starbucks. I went today for my birthday and the three girls working at 6 pm made me feel so special. They sang to me and wrote happy birthday on my cup. Made my night and I left blushing. These girls deserve a raise . The girl training was so sweet and doing an amazing job. They treat you with respect and make you feel special even on a special day. Thank you girls I am grateful. The grill cheese is bomb by the way. I love the service here. And today shows me why. Thank you.
