This was my first time coming here. Horrible customer service. The lady that cuts hair complained the whole time that she had an appointment coming in soon and that my haircut was too hard and was gonna take a long time. Mind you I only wanted a simple fade. I felt uncomfortable from the get-go since she was already complaining meanwhile, the other Barbers treated their customers with respect and even offered them a bottled water. My favorite part about spending $40 at this location for a haircut was having to go home and fix my simple fade haircut because it wasn't cut properl

The first time I come here I got my haircut by a lady name Sue ( 5 stars for her) , she did a very good job becouse she did exactly the haircut I was looking for. This second time that I come, I was looking for her but she has a day off so a guy name Edwin ( 1 star ) offered to cut my hair instead.I give him a chance but the result was so disappointed even when I told him how I want it. I realized too late that this guy doesn't have enough experience or a very limited skills to do an especific haircut. Now I have to go to a different place to get my haircut fix. Also they only take cash so consider this before step in to this place. In my case definitely not coming back again.

Was hoping that this place would be a good substitute for my son to get a haircut as his usual barber shop was closed. I really wish I just waited that extra day. This place butchered my sons hair. He provided a photo of what he wanted and it wasn't anything difficult. Tapered and clean in the back and longer on the top so it could be parted. Tell me why this barber made my 16 year old look like Lloyd Christmas from Dumb and Dumber!? Looked nothing like the picture he showed the guy. Poor kid wanted it long on the tip and he ended up with micro bangs and doesn't feel comfortable going out without a hat on.

Victor is the owner and runs a nice shop. Clean, stylish and well stocked. He knows how to run a business. Anthony is the Master Barber! He's one of the best barbers in the SCV. He knows his cuts and I've seen him mentor more junior barbers in the trade. He's super busy so make an appointment! Oh, and there are TVs everywhere, a pool able and sports are typically playing all day.
Sue did a great job on my haircut. Very friendly barber shop.

I guess my last review was removed because I mentioned the name of another shop that I had to go to correct the horrible haircut I got here- so here it goes again Walked in finally was taken by a barber who was too busy on his phone to see me waiting (another barber had to notify him) once I got in chair I asked for price as I didn't see any posted, he said " ummmm I charge 40" thought it was kinda high but figured I'm already seated so I'll go for it and get a good cut. Wow must uneven lumpy cut ever!!! Had to go to another shop the next day to have it fixed and thankfully she knew how to fix it

Horrible experience. Not only were they antagonizing me but they purposely did not give me the haircut I asked for. It’s not like I could’ve walked away when they midway through a haircut. These people are punks and have no honor in there life.Service: Haircut
