The ordering machines are prone to crashing, and way slower than just talking to an employee. Menus are non-I tuitions and opaque. To find drinks, you have to paw through things like “cantina” and “live mas” menu. Not easy. No napkins available. No refills available by self-service. No sauce packets available for self serve. No printed receipts. If you want proof of purchase, you need to give away your personal info. Taco Bell take heed. This concept isn’t going to work.

O really the customer service was amazing, the food however was not..our breakfast crunch wrap fell apart so bad it was almost inedible without a complete mess and the breakfast burrito was super skimpy all tortilla. I loved the staff and they were super amazing and gave me a coupon for the long wait

Don't get attached to anything on the menu because it will be gone when you go back. Enchirito, gone. Steak poblano quesadilla, gone. So I settle on a dipping burrito that id rolled so bad you cant even dip it. Can't believe i just paid $8 for this garbage and the drove thru worker was rude.
Went through the drive through, and the cashier there was very rude! I had ordered an item at the speaker, and when i pulled up to the window and checked the order, he forgot an item. so i told him about it, and he was like “oh i can’t have you standing here” first off, i wasn’t standing, i was in a car. then he said “you’ll have to come back around for the item, i can’t let you stay here” and i was like “i ordered an item, you didn’t put it in” and he smirked at me and said “i don’t recall you ordering that”. i was also on the phone with my mother who heard me ordering the food. It was just very poorly handled, and he must need some extra training on customer service.

Found a hair in one of the order. Took it to the staff to show it and guess what nobody even attended me even after a long wait. I left that food at their desk and walked away.

Amazing food, incredibly professional and genuinely friendly staff. This is one of the cleanest restaurants I’ve ever seen. Orders are prepared almost instantly — you barely have time to sit down. Fantastic experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Nothing like advertised for lux box. Drink is tiny tiny though the $9 box shows a large drink. The crunch wrap was horrible. No meat in it, just lettuce and sauce. It was soggy and nothing like advertised. Tacos were greasy and dried all over my clothes which stains. Bathroom as dirty and staff is rude.

I still can't believe how old I feel every time I go to Taco Bell I remember when I was in high school I lived close to a taco bell we use to go there all the time cause it was dirt cheap for 5$ you would get you way more food then you could eat it would leave you in a food coma waking up half hour later with taco sauce packs all over now might as well make reservations somewhere so you can sit down and Enjoy your meal with as much as it cost.

I can always appreciate staying in a hotel near places to eat, walk over to the place only to find out they have the lobby closed indefinitely
