This place is truly a hidden gem. They are a small bakery, so things do run out, and I recommend going early to get the full experience. The baked goods are so delicious and fresh. Not super sweet but more of a subtle sweetness, so now sicking sweet morning croissants. Speaking of croissants, they are buttery, flaky, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside. Highly recommend the Earl Grey croissant with the Sakura Latte. I will honestly be coming here more often, it's just that good.
There is a parking structure close by, so parking is no issue.

Wow. I’m so happy we have this bakery here in SCV. The pastries are delicious; while some are sweeter than others they’re never overly sweet or too rich like pastries I may get from other businesses. I especially love the black sesame cube croissant; the black sesame cream is the perfect mix of sweet and a little savory. I also love to get their strawberry croissant and the roll with the cookie crust on it. Drinks are very yummy too. I like to get their yuzu peach lemonade or one of the iced matcha lattes with oat milk. Every time I visit old town Newhall I get way too excited to drop by here to grab my pastries. Highly recommend and I hope they stay here forever!

The Loaf Japanese Bakery is a unique business. They have something for all ages. I am a huge fan of bakeries and Cafés combination. They have everything under one roof. There is a large parking structure beside the retail businesses. The surrounding area is a great place to walk or sit while you're enjoying a taste treat. The bakery and beverages are made with quality ingredients. The Loaf's staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their pastries and drinks. I suggest you visit with your family and friends. The Loaf is Closed on Mondays.

The store is welcoming and the staff always greet me with a smile! I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my order to be ready, and they're always open right on time. The pastries and food are delicious, and I especially favor their drink selection. Overall an amazing establishment full of good people 🫶

They have a great melon bread with matcha. Stop by hrre everytime we drive by santa clarita. They have a few coffee n teas with diffrent fruit but the bread and rolls best part.
