We went here past Sunday, I saw only 2 servers and a host I guess. Not so friendly but we didn't care we were hungry. What turned me off about this place was that this is the FIRST and perhaps ONE AND ONLY RESTAURANT that told its customers we are out of rice, they're cooking rice, it's gonna take 20 minutes! I mean seriously? How are we supposed to eat without rice? Does it really make sense to wait 20 minutes for rice? Never ever going back to this place...

The service was very fast, the sides were soooo good (especially the potato salad and the clear noodles), and the meat tasted very fresh and marinated. Our servers were very attentive and fast. The ambiance was welcoming and clean. Highly recommend this place!

Came here to try for the first time since we are new to eating korean BBQ. The suggestions from the waitress stephanie . were amazing. The grills are big, The portions are big and she was very informative as far as telling us what sauce was good with which meat and also how to order certain dishes. The best part is the rasberry ice cream macaroons. They also have a cool robot that brings you your food. A Great experience i will be coming back. When you go request to have stephanie she was great

I'm surprised this place had no wait, but there was amazing service. We had a man who looked Korean and a man who looked Filipino who was our waiter and they were so good and always sat our table every time we needed something. They were both young and just brought us things without us needing to ask. Would recommend.

Celebrated my brother’s birthday here, it was very easy to make a reservation for 16 on a Friday night. Service was quick and efficient, and they allowed us to have a birthday cake in restaurant as well. Highly recommend for any big groups!
On the fence about this review because my experience was a bit all over the place... I do want to note that by the end of our meal I did feel satisfied, but since it was our first time here, the first impressions weren't the greatest. We were first sat at a table that apparently had a leak in the roof above us. Not their fault but we realized we were getting dripped on and had to move all the food to another table, only for our server to finally remember after we moved that where he put us the stove wasn't working, so we had to move our food once again. That was fine, just a bit annoying. Before I started to help cook the food, I went to the restroom to wash my hands but it was occupied and it's a single restroom for the women, so I waited in the hall till it opened, only to find that it was occupied by an older Asian female w/ brassy orange hair that obviously used the toilet but failed to wash her hands afterward (audible toilet flush then straight opened the door and walked out, sink was bone dry.) Noticing that disgusted me, but after seeing and learning that she worked there, I was appalled. They even have a sign above the bathroom sink about employees needing to wash their hands. After that I was super aware of her whereabouts and we were now seated in the back side of the restaurant where I can see everything, even into the kitchen. I think she's an owner because thankfully she wasn't handling any of our food or serving people, just doing random management type stuff around the restaurant. But still gross, right? Anyway, meats we ordered were good and the side options available were decent too. The picture of the sides shows their standard sides they put out, but we also asked for white rice, salad, pickled daikon, and a steamed egg. As mentioned, food was good. Their servers were kind and attentive as well. I just question the hygiene practices of their management, and her failure to wash hands after doing dirty business in the bathroom is enough for me to not want to dine here again. She never touched our food, but she sure did touch a whole lot of other things around the restaurant...
