Count your days Burger King. We got spicy mozzarella sticks and when we opened the box to try one, they are rock hard and cheese is burnt. Y’all need to be fired or step up your game. It’s no wonder Burger King has 3 stars. Never had a problem before til this week. Come on now. This why Jacks better

After having do wait at the counter for 5 minutes, I was pleased to find the young man behind the counter was at least pleasant. But with No other patrons in the establishment and only one vehicle in drive thru, Which arrived after I was inside, I am still confused about why it took him so long to ask for my order. He asked for the drive thru order before asking for mine. No, I'll be right with you...just acted like I was not there. Always Acknowledge your Customer.

Parking: Located Adjacent to a grocery Store, there's a Voluminous amount of parking no matter what your driving.

I'm not sure if they just don't care or they really just don't care. They literally have no incentive to be kind or provide quality service, and I swear I think they say they're out of something just to say they're out of it because they don't want to have to cook it. They've rarely gotten an order correct. Idk how many times I've sat at the mic waiting to order for them to run off and do something else for 5-10 minutes only to get what I tell them wrong and then send me to the window they ignore me at for another 15plus minutes to get home and there's still something missing, something wrong, and as usual they didn't give me the sauce that goes with the order and the extra I paid for. They're always out of the new stuff. Why advertise new items if you never have it? They just don't want to cook it. It's laziness. Same reason they stand out there with the stupid stick flagging people down. They don't want to run back and forth. Don't waste your time. You will literally waste that and your money and lose some sanity as well. By the looks of the garbage can outside and the fact that they don't fix anything, it's probably a good thing they make people mad enough not to want to come back. This used to be my favorite BK. I'm not sure who owns it now, or if they've always owned it and just don't care anymore, but it really truly shows.

Usually I don't have a problem at this location. I try to be very clear when I make my orders. Sometimes they can be complicated orders like no cheese. This morning around 7:30 AM
I ordered a breakfast Croissan'wich the number 1 combo with no cheese, instead I got a number 1 Croissan'wich with cheese and no sausage. I repeated my order twice and even the girl repeated my order back to me and said no cheese. I did not get my receipt. Because they didn't I give me my receipt never do and I Trusted that they made my order correct. My advice when you repeat the order back to the customer make it that way, give the receipt and Also someone should answer the phones at this location. When in and spoke to a manager they fixed the problem appreciate that from them.

Got 2 of the spicy royal crispy wraps, they literally cut 1 piece of chicken in half for both of them. Not a patty, one of the tenders that is supposed to be in 1 wrap. In 2. On top of the that, the tortilla is so dry and hard I think I could use it as a shoe. Will NOT be ordering again. Not the first time this month they couldn't get anything right either.

Terrible service, we just had two customers who didn't talk to us, we went to the window and they still took a while to look out and the food was very ugly and very greasy. I returned it to them.....
