This has to be the greatest tasting coffee I have had in a long time, the staff are amazing. This place is soooo much better than the crappy Starbucks that has recently opened here in Newman. This is the kind of place that you feel like you are at home. I can only hope the starbucks goes out of business soon, finally there is a place to just sit, enjoy a cup of coffee and just relax. The best part is after a couple of times, the staff knows you and what you like. It is awesome to just pop in and not have to worry about ordering. Gabby knows exactly what I want and is it so comforting to have a coffee shop that you feel like you are not just a face in the crowd, but a welcomed friend. Thank you to Gabby and her staff for making my little town feel more like home.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was disappointing enough to warrant one. I came in looking forward to trying a new coffee spot, but the customer service was surprisingly rude from the start. When I asked a couple of simple questions about the menu, the staff seemed irritated and acted as if I was bothering them. Instead of helping, they responded with short, dismissive answers and made me feel unwelcome.
Coffee shops should be inviting and friendly—especially when you're trying them for the first time. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it if you value respectful service.

Got the turkey sandwich on ciabatta and pesto crema salad , The only reason I would give it that lower star is because the service was not super friendly, And they wouldn’t cut our sandwich in half when asked She said there was a plastic fork we could use, and it was very hard to cut. Also, they don’t bring the food to your table. You have to get up and go get it.

I'm retiring in Newman went into town looking for a coffee ☕ place to come to. I'm so glad my daughter brought me here to Crema y Nata. The coffee has a unique taste that I like and the baristas are nice and friendly. This will be my new coffee place in Newman. All you coffee drinkers this is the place come give it a try.

This is a honest review. The atmosphere and food are excellent. Customer service is not very good. The man who worked at the pay register was rude and gave me an attitude. when I first came in he was very unwelcoming and rude like he was in bad mood while he was taking my order. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I only received my sandwich, so I went to ask about my drink, and he answered rudely. He told me i never ordered a drink. He never gave me a receipt, so I couldn't verify I ordered one. Also, it was the first item I ordered. He told me I had to pay again for the drink if I wanted it. I wanted the drink so I obviously paid again, so I basically paid for a drink that I never received. Make sure to get your receipt even if you pay cash! + I recommend being more friendly and welcoming if you want people to come back.

I drove 45 minutes to try this new coffee shop and I’m sorry to say that the Customer service was not to my standards. We were not acknowledged when we walked in nor greeted when we were ready to place our order. When we were requesting a couple things from their menu we were told” I don’t have it”. That was very rude. However the drinks and the sandwiches we ordered were Delicious.
