This is a honest review. The atmosphere and food are excellent. Customer service is not very good. The man who worked at the pay register was rude and gave me an attitude. when I first came in he was very unwelcoming and rude like he was in bad mood while he was taking my order. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. I only received my sandwich, so I went to ask about my drink, and he answered rudely. He told me i never ordered a drink. He never gave me a receipt, so I couldn't verify I ordered one. Also, it was the first item I ordered. He told me I had to pay again for the drink if I wanted it. I wanted the drink so I obviously paid again, so I basically paid for a drink that I never received. Make sure to get your receipt even if you pay cash! + I recommend being more friendly and welcoming if you want people to come back.

I love everything about this place. Only one thing. All the girls working here give great vibes but there’s only one dude that seems like he hates his job and never greets or makes you feel welcome. Does not even ask what you would like to order.

I drove 45 minutes to try this new coffee shop and I’m sorry to say that the Customer service was not to my standards. We were not acknowledged when we walked in nor greeted when we were ready to place our order. When we were requesting a couple things from their menu we were told” I don’t have it”. That was very rude. However the drinks and the sandwiches we ordered were Delicious.

They move just a little too slowly. The coffee was OK. I will go again to try their house brew. I had dulce de Leche with oat milk and it just tasted like warm hot chocolate. Now the drink was warm because I didn't begin drinking it until after I'd gotten to work, so that's on me. But I am willing to give it another try, getting the house brew of course. I'm hopeful.

I want to start by saying that the pros outweigh the cons! So delighted to see this lovely place pop up in Newman. ❤️

-This shop ALWAYS smells like cleaner! And not just a faint aroma - it's so strong that it overpowers the taste of the coffee, and I'm not exaggerating. Other people I've talked to have experienced the same thing, and because of this we all typically take our coffee to go. A shame, since it's so nice inside the shop!
It's great to know that the place is cleaned regularly, but I really hope the owners take this feedback to heart and lay off on the cleaning sprays so that we can enjoy our coffee in the beautiful surroundings. 🙏🏻
