The grille's menu has changed over the last couple of months. Very different from what it used to be at its old location. New owners maybe ? All I know is the food is amazing! We ordered their chicken wings and my god were they good! The sauce on the side to dip them in was delicious and caliente! And let me tell you about the pho... one of the best broth I've ever had! Amazing to have something different in our little Newman. You guys gotta try the pho and the wings!

When Erwin is talking about a member of staff, who he left to cope on their own for days, to a person in the kitchen who is on speaker phone blaming the other person who can hear the phone call for the problems at the diner. It's time to find a decent and respectful place to eat.
The owner of the Grill (Irwin) is making the establishment a complete disaster zone. He never turns up to work and leaves his staff In the dark about his schedule. He blames kitchen staff for problems that he creates. He talks about members of his staff to other members of his staff making disparaging comments about them. Jeanette and Max create problems and also make disparaging comments about all members of staff. Irwin is constantly smoking weed when he does work. This review will going to all online review sites. He expects staff embers to drop what they are doing while not showing up himself.

Very disappointed with the quality of our lunch. The fish and chips were oily over cooked in reused oil. Tacos barely edible and the hamburger tasteless. Only decent dish was the Rabobank salad. Will not be returning.

Went to reopened grille restauraunt in newman ca.Food was not up to the quality in the old location,food was so so and cold.The staff are not enforcing any safety protocals for covid.wont be back
