A Slice of Disappointment I’ve had the unfortunate experience of dining at Mountain Mike's , a pizza joint that has sadly fallen short of expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, the atmosphere was lackluster, with worn-out decor and a general feeling of neglect. The menu offered a standard selection of pizzas, pastas, and salads, but nothing particularly stood out. When my pizza finally arrived, I was met with a soggy crust that was devoid of any crispiness. The toppings were sparse and seemed to have been hastily applied. The cheese was bland and lacked the gooey, melted texture that I crave in a good pizza. To make matters worse, the sauce was tasteless and had a watery consistency. I attempted to salvage the meal by adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil, but it was too little too late. The pizza simply wasn't good. The service was also lackluster, with our server appearing disinterested and inattentive. Overall, my experience at Mountain Mike's was a major disappointment, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a satisfying pizza.

Food is pretty decent. Building stinks. Bugs. Employees seem unhappy. Lady with braid is horrible. Too old. Horrible service if she is there I will not order. Used to be a regular. Too many cons lately will be taking my service to Pizza Plus.

Customer service is really bad, I can't complain about the food, they do need to improve their customer service. I called to order a pizza today and I was put on hold for more than 30 mins. I was told they were super busy due to people ordering pizza for the Superbowl. I understand they have orders for tomorrow but I wanted my pizza for today. Their answer was, well I have to help another customer I have to put on hold again. Seriously? I am a customer too, all I wanted was a lg combo pizza for pick up. They couldn't take my order, they should have extra staff to take orders for today and someone else for tomorrow. This is unbelievable. I will take my business elsewhere.Pizza plus our local pizzeria has way better customer service I will continue to order from pizza plus. Thank you! Please improve your customer service!!!

At 12:15 there was 2 pizza trays with 1 slice each, i asked the young lady if i could request a canadian bacon and white sauce, she mentioned they dont canadian bacon on buffet, but assured me more pizzas were on the way 15 min later she brought 1, 12:50 same pizza no options....Might aswell just of ordered a personal... but no .. i wont come back, ph was ringing no urgency, Good thing i live in Modesto and was just passing by... 1 and "DONE"
