Customer service is really bad, I can't complain about the food, they do need to improve their customer service. I called to order a pizza today and I was put on hold for more than 30 mins. I was told they were super busy due to people ordering pizza for the Superbowl. I understand they have orders for tomorrow but I wanted my pizza for today. Their answer was, well I have to help another customer I have to put on hold again. Seriously? I am a customer too, all I wanted was a lg combo pizza for pick up. They couldn't take my order, they should have extra staff to take orders for today and someone else for tomorrow. This is unbelievable. I will take my business elsewhere.Pizza plus our local pizzeria has way better customer service I will continue to order from pizza plus. Thank you! Please improve your customer service!!!

Lunch buffet was very fresh. The woman working the front end was absolutely amazing! She handled the front end very well for being left alone to do everything even bake the pizzas! Her coworker in a salty tone said to her if anyone wants more pizza you'll have to make them, I'll be back. The poor woman was already doing everything from answering phones, ringing up in person orders, handling the buffet, bussing tables and now left to cook pizza too. She deserves ten stars for her service with a smile and warm energy today. She's amazing! I believe her name was Peeta, I didn't quite catch it. But she deserves a raise for sure after the day she had today! I definitely wish I could have tipped her $100.

At 12:15 there was 2 pizza trays with 1 slice each, i asked the young lady if i could request a canadian bacon and white sauce, she mentioned they dont canadian bacon on buffet, but assured me more pizzas were on the way 15 min later she brought 1, 12:50 same pizza no options....Might aswell just of ordered a personal... but no .. i wont come back, ph was ringing no urgency, Good thing i live in Modesto and was just passing by... 1 and "DONE"

Even though Moutain Mike's policy is that "If you received bad food, let us know we will provide you with suitable refunds." I called to let them know the dome sandwich tasted awful and was not to my satisfaction. They made me drive back and return it, and because there was a piece missing, which was for tasting, the staff argued with me and harrased me about return. Made me carry the sandwich around another day to bring it in to the day manager to make a decision. It was the worst experience ever. The food was not any good. Please think twice before visiting this Moutain Mikes or be prepared to be upset and disappointed.

In order to use my credit card to pickup a takeout order, I was required to surrender my driver's license and write the number on the bill.To the manager: What is wrong with you? What makes you think folks would want to do this? It's just a pizza... You've lost my business permanently (penny wise, pound foolish!).Taking my business back to Pizza Plus where they know how to treat their customers!

Just drive to Patterson or get round table. Don't even bother with this location. I came in to order a pizza and get a salad, 6/6/23 around 11:50am, the guy behind the counter told me the price on the wall wasn't correct and it wasn't updated and I asked a few questions about the pizzas and he was not keen on talking to me about them. So I sat at a booth to make an order online since he didnt want to answer my questions about the pizzas toppings.I watched 3 different people come in and leave because they were in the back listening to music and didn't come to the counter. Another guy came in and had to shout for them 3 times before they came up to help him with his pick up order. It's not the first time I've had horrible service here, but it was the straw that broke the camels back

There food is fair but there services are very poor and rude they are very expensive. there delivery driver is always running stop signs here in town next to the schools I called 2 times and told the manager twice and nothing seems to be done about it so look out for a law breaking delivery driver from mountain mikes
