This is my second visit today and both times here my interaction with the nice folks in front was very pleasant .i am sorta new in Newman coming up to my third year . By habit my family always wanted Mt mikes so that’s what we did. Several months ago I said let’s try some one other then Mikes. My Family hates change but they agreed to give it a try ! It was all positive after we tried Pizza Plus so today we thought we try it again ! And we was not disappointed. Toppings was evenly spread throughout the whole pie with no burn spots telling me the pizza maker takes ownership with pride. The taste is what I call fresh! A good pie ! Pizza Plus will be my family’s go to place for a good pizza pie !

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COSTS!! my wife phoned a order of bread sticks and two sides of 8 Oz ranch dressing, the order taker advised the dressing is $1.75 per 8 Oz container. When picking up, I was charged the correct amount. I advised the cashier the sides of dressing were not mine and I we ordered for our adult daughter, I asked if the bread came with its own side of dressing and she said yes. I asked where it was and she pointed to the two 8oz containers, again I told her I purchased those separately. She said it was upgraded, I asked how, she said that normally you get a small one, I said, well where is it if I paid full price? She yelled and said YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! I said you're not making sense, I paid full price and got what I ordered and didn't get the one which is included, again she yelled at me loudly and said you just don't understand. I left briefly and returned and asked a different cashier and he said he took the order and it was correct. I agreed and said accept for what she that one was charged. 75cent which was not. She intentionally lied and made a scene when I was 100 percent correct. She looked at the receipt and saw I was charged regular price and gave me a small side of dressing. I told her you yelled at me for a long time and I was correct and you were the one who didn't understand, at this point a young man in the back cooking are was watching and listening I noticed yelled out at me several times to just get out! I was shocked at the gross behavior of the employees to a senior citizen who was not in the wrong. The one employee that was professional. Who took the phone order. My family and I will never visit this establishment again. SHAME ON MANAGEMENT AND OWNER FOR ALLOWING THEIR EMPLOYEES TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS THIS WAY. 6/24/2024.

Linda is one of the best managers I’ve ever met. She was very nice and respectful. The pizza and breadsticks were SOOO good. Overall, their service was AMAZING, they had the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Honestly would 100% recommend.
Bad service horrible attitude seems like they need to rehire personal can’t take orders right over the phone. Worst cheese sticks I’ve ever tried in my life …….??
