I overheard an interview, stating the person was not qualified because they did not speak Spanish. But when I ordered my food they could not understand my English? And I'm Filipino. No racial intentions here. This location needs more English speaking employees.

Rating sites such as this, ought to make it possible to give zero Stars. Why is the Newman location still open? Their hours change every day even though they're posted online and outside the store and the mobile app doesn't work very often for this store. It was 8:14 a.m. when I tried to order, the hours, online and on their sign at the location, say they open at 8:00 a.m., but the app is telling me I can't order breakfast? It did the same thing last weekend. This is the worst Taco Bell location ever and it appears that the owners don't care. The workers are lazy and often rude, the place is dirty every time I go in there and they seem to open and close whenever they want to. Last weekend after I couldn't place my mobile order I drove by, and they were closed at 8:20 a.m. No lights and doors locked. I guess the owners don't care that they're losing business. That says a lot about the owners to me, if I owned a business I would be on top of it making sure that my employees were not making me look bad. If you're not going to allow mobile app for ordering at breakfast, then you as the owner should make sure that your customers know it. Your bad managing and customer service is a reflection on the whole corporation, and this location should be shut down and the owners should have all of their franchises/stores taken away from them. You have no business in owning a restaurant or working customer service. You need to do better.

Really? All I got was crumbled chips and ordered a burrito supreme and got a plain burrito with onions this Taco Bell is a problem your workers clearly don’t give a shit never coming here again I’ll go to Patterson

This particular Taco Bell in Newma. Ca. almost always forgets something when I go through the drive thru. Today was no different. I know I should have checked the bag, but I was in a hurry.

My husband and I came to eat here and food was terrible, my husband order a steak burrito and that burrito was full of beans he left cuz it made him sick. I order a Mexican pizza and as soon I opened the box it had a weird smell, I took a couple bites and had to stop it was so bitter and nasty. I told the guy at the register and he went and talked to some other girl in the back and gave me a refund. I wont ever go here again food and place its bad.
