We have never had a bad meal at Modo Mio and we go all the time! The wait staff and management is absolutely stellar. They have the best cocktails in town and their attention to even the smallest detail is deeply appreciated. This is our neighborhood restaurant and a gem!
Food and ambience is always great. We come the Newport Beach once a year and come to Modo Mio every time. And we always think they are short staffed. The servers are literally running around, the bus boys are serving food are bringing out drinks. It just seems chaotic every time we're there. But like they say the food and ambience is always nice. I think we need to put more people on their wait staff!
Food has always been great, every time we've been. Helpings are large, dishes are tasty and service is excellent. We had the butternut squash ravioli, the risotto with salmon and the lemon/butter chicken. Everything was delicious and we even had enough to have another full dinner the next night. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!
