Rude customer service was handled by Rachel, who was not wearing a name tag and kept talking about her personal life. She is so talkative that she did not get my order right. She kept talking and talking even in front of the customer while taking orders and prepping food, even when serving food. She asked me if I needed a receipt, and I said yes. She kept talking, relating personal life to her coworker, that she forgot to give me my receipt and made the wrong order. Also, I was not too fond of the fact that she snatched the incorrect order food and when slid the corrected food back towards me. She is very unprofessional. I have been going to this store for a few days due to work-related. For those days, I was not treated wrong or disrespected even though I got some product inputted wrong in the order and needed to be replaced or remade by Mia, “Melvin,” and the other employees until today by Rachel 05/05/24 of this morning. Brenda was accommodating with my concerns and was informative, and so was Mia. Melvin was accommodating as well, very patient, thoughtful, and so friendly (also smiling). My rate (stars) is based on today's concerns.

Happened to come here two nights in a row. Service beyond sub standard. First time kept forgetting food order with no other customers. Tonight as only other person in store an off-duty employee took her time making a fabulous custom order and then actively deciding whether it should be only one pump or not. Full working team chatting while I stood there. 2 mins. 3 mins. Got close to 4 mins so I walked out. No one even noticed me leave. Blame on the manager and owner for allowing or training this behavior. Try Pavillions across the lot. L

The wait was incredibly long even though there weren’t many customers. They got our drink wrong. Ordered a pumpkin chai latte and given a pumpkin spice latte (one is tea base the other is coffee base). Incredibly rude customer service. A cashiers splashed water on my son and exclaimed “eww that’s foul” instead of apologizing.

The last few times I've visited here, the drinks were not up to par, the service extremely slow even if there are eight workers inside and employees seemed overwhelmed. I get it if it's very busy in this touristy town but make the drinks the way they are requested. My white chocolate mocha was like drinking watered down Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets. If I would have taken a sip before leaving, I would have asked for a redo. I recommend ordering on the app so you are not waiting too long and take a sip before leaving.
First off rude customer service. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch which has coffee and got the one on the left. I advise them I asked for caramel ribbon crunch and was told what it was the one i asked for, she then told me it’s the right one, told her it’s not it doesn’t have coffee and pointed to the picture up on the wall., I politely asked I want coffee as seen in picture, they did remake it. I did not like how they were being rude and didn’t accept the fact it was done wrong. Never had this problem before. Also when i was still talking the girl walked away.
