Service is extremely poor. No smiles. Communication skills are lacking. I would recommended the two that were working on 12/09/23 at 3:30 be better trained.

The staff was accommodating and listened to my order precisely. They didn't make the caramel latte too sweet so it was perfect. They gave me my other tea with no ice which is exactly what I wanted. Place seemed clean, bathroom needed a little touch up but overall was good!

Happened to come here two nights in a row. Service beyond sub standard. First time kept forgetting food order with no other customers. Tonight as only other person in store an off-duty employee took her time making a fabulous custom order and then actively deciding whether it should be only one pump or not. Full working team chatting while I stood there. 2 mins. 3 mins. Got close to 4 mins so I walked out. No one even noticed me leave. Blame on the manager and owner for allowing or training this behavior. Try Pavillions across the lot. L

I walked in and there was a small line. I ordered the Sugar Cookie Venti Latte. I was surprised at how good it taste. I got my order within 5-6 minutes. The inside is nice but very small. The parking can be a nightmare but overall be okay. I was thankful to be in and out in a few minutes. The staff were pleasant and made sure to offer napkins on my way out.

The wait was incredibly long even though there weren’t many customers. They got our drink wrong. Ordered a pumpkin chai latte and given a pumpkin spice latte (one is tea base the other is coffee base). Incredibly rude customer service. A cashiers splashed water on my son and exclaimed “eww that’s foul” instead of apologizing.

I went inside to get a free coffee for my birthday but was denied because I didn't get the offer through the app. The day was actually on my birthday and I showed the associates that my profile had my birthday in the app. Some weird glitch that prevented me from getting my free coffee but no effort on their side to make this customer feel like it was his birthday or appreciate a longtime customer.

Ugh! I didn't want to write a review on this place, but it's the worse Starbucks. They are constantly getting orders wrong. They don't even apologize when it happens. At least acknowledge it and say sorry. Then when you actually get your correct order, the drink is watered down it taste nothing like other Starbucks locations. Do better.

The last few times I've visited here, the drinks were not up to par, the service extremely slow even if there are eight workers inside and employees seemed overwhelmed. I get it if it's very busy in this touristy town but make the drinks the way they are requested. My white chocolate mocha was like drinking watered down Swiss Miss hot chocolate packets. If I would have taken a sip before leaving, I would have asked for a redo. I recommend ordering on the app so you are not waiting too long and take a sip before leaving.

First off rude customer service. I asked for a caramel ribbon crunch which has coffee and got the one on the left. I advise them I asked for caramel ribbon crunch and was told what it was the one i asked for, she then told me it’s the right one, told her it’s not it doesn’t have coffee and pointed to the picture up on the wall., I politely asked I want coffee as seen in picture, they did remake it. I did not like how they were being rude and didn’t accept the fact it was done wrong. Never had this problem before. Also when i was still talking the girl walked away.
