We ordered the Sunday Supper special, and it was outstanding! Our server was energetic and prompt. The order came out within five minutes. I have been quite vocal about the poor quality of service and menu at Adalina's. I've got to say that I was quite impressed with the entire experience. I had to pinch myself to ask, "is this the same restaurant?" A delicious experience, indeed!!

We have ordered several pizzas over the past year and they were decent, not great, but edible. About 6 weeks ago we ordered a MARGHERITA pizza to go. It was horrible. No basil, drowning in goopy cheese and eventually soggy. I contacted the food and beverage manager who apologized and offered a free pizza whenever we wanted. So last week we again ordered a MARGHERITA pizza to go. Unfortunately it was the same result, piled with cheese that slid to the center of the pizza leaving a dry perimeter. But there was basil this time. It’s puzzling as they have an excellent pizza oven and the crust on all the pies are crisp and well made.
It’s a shame as there are other excellent pizza places in the area, Giuseppe’s in Pismo and Flour House in SLO, no reason why Adelina’s can’t be in the same league.

We love the new menu at Adelina's. Our server Brooke was excellent. Friendly, efficient, and accurate. We request the return of: Brussels sprouts appetizer and the bacon-wrapped shrimp appetizer. I had the chicken piccata, my wife had steak and Gorgonzola pizza, our guests had the salmon salad and another salad. All were delicious.

Had a great dinner last night. Food was perfect, service was first rate and may be my best experience yet at Adelina's Bistro. If Adelina's can continue to offer this type of effort, we'll be sure to pass-on our recommendation to others in the Trilogy Monarch Dunes community.

We had a group of five and had a wonderful meal. Our server Jacob was attentive to our needs and all of the group enjoyed the food. The new menu was a nice mix of dishes. We enjoyed the Fish and Chips, Shrimp and Chips, Salad with grilled Chicken, and Mahi Mahi burgers.
We’ve had the fish & chips, pork chops and surf & turf- all cooked perfectly to our liking. Atmosphere is casual & sophisticated with a great view of the golf course. Make a reservation as they get busy.

The atmosphere was very warm and cozy, The service was exceptional. The choices were amazing and so well prepared and served top notch. The meals were better than many restaurants we have tried in Arroyo Grande, Pismo and SLO. The cocktails were amazing, the wine selection nice and the prices very reasonable. We brought friends from out to town and they were very impressed. A must add to your list for a upscale atmosphere in Nipomo.

We had a great time and dinner at Adelina's last night . Service was good and the food excellent, including hearty reasonable drinks (note, the bar is hopping and crowded early), fun shared Calamari Fries appetizer, and a delicious Salmon Caesar Salad and perfectly cooked Cappellini Pomodoro entrees. Highly recommended
