If I could give this Dutch Bros location more than 5 stars I would! I have never given a review before, so for a location to make me want to leave a review says a lot about this Dutch Bros location. The entire staff is very efficient. I have had absolutely no problems with any of my orders. Though, my number one reason why I am constantly ordering at this Dutch Bros location is the service. Wow! The service in the nipomo location is top tier! The entire staff has great communication, friendly, quick with your order, and always put a smile on your face. I have three notable staff members who I have always had a great experience with. Yadi, lily, and Angie will always make your day and Dutch Bros experience unique every single visit. If you are not a talkative person, they will have your drink ready to just grab and go. If you are a talkative person, they will be able to easily start a conversation and have you driving away with a big smile. I can guarantee you will never have a bad experience if one of the three is attending your order. Nonetheless, I would recommend anybody to the Nipomo Dutch Bros location. If it is just for a tasty drink or a great social experience. The Nipomo location will always be a 10/10!

To tell you I was thrilled when I learned (3 yrs ago) that Dutch Bros was coming to Nipomo, is an understatement! This stand of employees is incredible! Alicia (manager) has been a wonderful addition to the team. The Bro-istas, specifically Jack, Helayna, Angie, Grace (to name a few), are ALL awesome!! No matter what the line is like, they all take the time to ask about your day. I look forward to my weekly drop by on Fridays!! I wish I could name them all here, but alas there are many to mention. Thank you Nipomo Dutch for my morning caffeine and infectious energy!!!
Seriously love this place and the staff! You’ll always get top notch service from all their OG staff, but especially: Alicia, Yair, Angie, Grace, Sydney, and of course Caleb (who is no longer there). Since Day 1 they’ve been putting Nipomo Dutch Bros on the map and treating their local regulars like gold. Truly appreciate how fast you guys make my order (especially in the super early mornings) and how kind all of you are. Please go visit them, order any of their rebels double blended with soft top and tip them fat! They deserve it!

Alicia top Dutch bros. barista?!? Alicia makes our Nipomo Dutch Bros a Dutch bros. She always greets you in the kindest way and brings that energy to make any day better. I have received not one, but two dog biscuits in my pup cup for my puppy by her before. Can’t forget to mention talented individuals; Jack, Brandon, and Jameson. These few are experienced, battle ready, and highly capable of providing only the highest quality service to you. You are in good hands if you see one of these faces. Yes the drinks may be incredible, but the people are what keep me coming.

I think my mom and I show up too much because almost all the staff recognize the 2 vehicles we show up in and already know our order. Aside from that, they’re so personable.
