Outside order taker super friendly and handled 2 full lines maybe 8 cars each line, w ease, getting everyone's orders well ahead of getting to window. My Mocha Frappe was perfect again, window cashier engaged me in friendly chat while my drink was made. Even tho our orders were taken earlier, I'd rather have my drink fresh made and not sitting on counter getting warm and diluted. Fresh is way better!
One star off because sometimes they are really slow to get through their drive through line, which is most likely due to short staffing. The staff that is there is always friendly and kind in that way all Dutch Bros staff is. They always make my drinks correctly, which is great. I hope they stick around because I like having another option in Nipomo, even if it isn't a local business.
I’m shaken by how much we love this place. Visiting from LA area and we knew we had to try Dutch Bros. I don’t know if every location is like this for great coffee, but definitely none of them have Grace! The coolest person ever, she had the best recommendations and walked us through the menu. She made us feel so welcomed!!
