perfect place to go for the shittiest smoothies you’ll ever have in your life. $12 for frozen water :)

I called this morning and placed a last minute order for 5 grain-free cinnamon rolls and holy cow they were unreal!! I have made grain free cinnamon rolls at home and they are always very dry, hard, and gritty. She somehow managed to get a fluffy texture without yeast. I’ve NEVER had a grain-free baked good with such lovely texture.

Service was terrible. Food took forever. Had to take it to go. No apologies. Pre paid for deserts. Those took forever as well. The big shock came when I looked at the cinnamon rolls. 5 baby size rolls. So sad. Paid extra for chicken in both kale salads. No chicken. Not going back

Delicious and Healthy Food. Warm and Inviting Ambiance. In addition to a solid menu that offers food for everyone, Nosh Paleo Cafe also has a great selection of Teas and Desserts. Delightful and well-informed owner. Thank You.

A blessing for Nipomo and a Celiac persons dream! The menu offers a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. My favorite was the GF pizza with homemade pizza sauce. It was excellent. Highly recommend.

Aubriel was such a wonder to meet and her food was even better. If you're ever in the area, you need to try it. They're able to accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions- just make sure to let Aubriel know and she'll recommend a great suggestion. I was shocked that she even made her own mayonnaise for the panini I had. The breakfast scramble and the green smoothie, we're phenomenal.

Dietary restrictions: This Paleo breakfast joint also has vegan, vegetarian, and lactose intolerant items.

Parking: You can't find parking right in front, there's parking along the sides as well as in the back.

Kid-friendliness: Kids of any age are welcome. They even have a kids menu!!

This place is a TOTAL gem.

The owner REALLY CARES about what she's doing - and is pulling off a GIANT endeavor offering this high of a quality product while maintaining a competitive price point.

She wants to help her community heal.

She told me that. She healed her own auto immune disorder and now wants to help her community do the same.

And people come here and complain about waiting 20 minutes for a smoothie.

This place offers a WAY more valuable a product than most foods we consume 'out' because it's clean, organic, and whole!
AND made with love and the intention of helping people get real nutrients into your body. which if you eat out mostly, you are not getting.

AND she makes cookies!!

I recommend everyone treat their body to a really nutritionally dense clean meal - just for the sake of self love and cheer on this beautiful Woman, Aubriel, while she and her family continue to bust their butts serving up healing food in a community that has yet to appreciate what they have.

We were visiting from out of town and were looking for gluten-free options since our daughter has celiac disease. We are so glad we stopped in and tried Nosh cafe. The food was amazing and my daughters loved their protein gluten free waffles. We will definitely be coming back to Nosh cafe whenever we are in town.

Dietary restrictions: Dedicated gluten free (celiac safe) restaurant!

This place was awesome! It was my first time trying since I just moved to nipomo and I have been having trouble finding good places to eat in nipomo! I got the lox it up and I was so pleased I ordered a second one to go. Definitely coming back!
