My college age girls and I love to treat ourselves to Starbies (Starbucks) every now and then. It's a nice place to meet and catch up while having a yummy coffee drink or my favorite, an ice cold Mango/Dragon Fruit Refresher.

The first two times I was here I received abysmal customer service. The first time, there was no one at the register, and I had to wait until the girl came back from the bathroom. That's fine, it's permissible to use the bathroom, but she had an attitude when she came back. Very abrupt.The second time I went there, there was a guy who was even worse, and told me that they didn't have any coffee because the coffee machine was broken or something. Ironic, since the place is called "Starbucks Coffee." He was already looking down at his phone when I first arrived, and seemed annoyed that I was even there in the first place.He didn't offer me any alternatives, such as an Americano or another prepared coffee drink. He was very rude and he doesn't belong in customer service in any facet. Avoid this Starbucks and just go to the one across the street.

Don't knowingly support any Liberal owned business and I have never eaten at Starbucks because of that! Was given a gift certificate for there so used it to purchase a coffee cup, but did not eat there, never will.

Yep I'm a Starbucks addict from their delicious frappuccinos to the lattes and yummy coffee cake. Plenty of parking and handicapped parking. Everything is so clean and the staff is fantastic

Rude! I rarely leave reviews, but I feel like I just threw away $6.00. I paid via the app with add-ins (basically a modified version of the specialty holiday crème brûlée coffee advertised on the app)...and was told when I got to the kiosk that they did not have what I had already paid for. Okay, fine...I'm okay with ordering something else. I had already paid for add ons/extras, but the woman taking my new order walked away when I tried to verify I would get them. Needless to say, I paid for extras that I did not receive. I even sat in front of the window for a full minute afterwards to ask for what I paid for, but the barista actively ignored me. Maybe she was stressed, having a bad day, or just annoyed? Who knows. My coffee was MEH. I will never go back to that location! I'm usually very happy with the service at most Starbucks, but this visit left a very bad taste in my mouth, especially considering that the product is not cheap! Don't ignore your customers! You're never too big to fail due to poor service.
