We recently got their bubble waffle ice cream at Pismo Beach during 4th of July at the Pier and it was super good!! It’s big so my family and I shared it. It was fresh, the waffle was soft and crispy and not overly sweet! Same goes for the ice cream it was not overly sweet which is appreciated! We got to watch them make it so that was fun all the girls working did a great job making it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend the bubble waffle it’s so yummy!!

I want to say that I hardly ever write reviews but the burrito I ordered from Tio Pepe’s food truck today was by far the best carne asada burrito that I’ve had in my 32 years of life and more people need to know about this.

I wasn’t expecting much but I was completely blown away. Amazing. Chef’s kiss.

We hired Tio Pepe's to cater our wedding!If you’re from San Luis Obispo County you may have seen a bright yellow taco truck parked at the Nipomo Swap Meet every Sunday. It’s visible from the 101 Freeway. If you’re in the area and you like tacos you need to stop by and visit them.Jose and Rosie met us at the swap meet one Sunday for a tasting. They were so kind and made it a great experience. We paid for 2 hours of unlimited Taco Food Truck Service for our wedding guests....
