This used to be our go to spot at least once a week. However something changed, the food and quality became very hit and miss. More miss than hit. The ranch used to be really good but the last time I had it it was not the same. I'm not sure if they use a different food supplier or what but it's a shame. I had a breakfast burrito today and it had no cheese?! Back in November I had chicken strips with fries, it was so overly fried and had no taste. The fries didn't even have any type of salt or seasoning.

Chicken fried steak was really good. Not salty like I've experienced at other places. Added pepper cuz that's the way I like it. Really good gravy. Coffee was excellent!!

Drive Thru was incredibly slow. Took approx. 30 minutes to get through about 5 cars, including me. saw employees standing around inside chatting. Food was good, but not the place to go if you are in a hurry.

Horrible service, incorrect order and no manager on site, complet waste of time so dont go here as its definitely mismanaged with a bunch of people who have no idea how to work at a fast food restaurant. 0 Stars!!!

This is horrible. They get your order wrong and never answer the phone. I asked for a Bacon Breastfast burrito w sour cream and cut in half. No sour cream, sausage in stead and did not cut it in half. Horrible service, they werent busy so not sure why they couldnt get the order right. But the worst part is not being able to call and get ahold of someone. I have no ride so stuck back at home w wrong order and cant even get my money back. POOR HORRIBLE SERVICE.

Well... 99% of the time this is hands down my favorite burger place!Not today ? We received the wrong order today. The fries were soggy and the burger had so much lettuce it was hard to find the burger. I am going to chalk this up to the holiday weekend and the heat.It most certainly won't stop me from coming back! To bad I didn't get my gyro ☹

A waste of time and money under new ownership. Yesterday after getting off a long day of work I decided to stop by the drive thru on my way home. After placing my order and sitting 20mins I get up to the window, pay, receive my drink and wait n wait n wait. I rolled up my window while waiting and one girl came back to the window after 10 to 15mins opened it up and when I rolled down my window asked "Can I help you?" I said "I still haven't received my food" to which she confusingly said "its almost done." When I drove home instead receiving a Philly Cheesesteak I got a Chicken Philly CheeseSteak which I found odd since I was never asked about Chicken and never said I wanted chicken. Furthermore the Chicken was inedible literally, chewy like wood and zero flavor whatsoever. I drive back and walk in to see the back of the same girl who asked "Can I help you?" Talking away to a coworker sees me out the corner of her eye and says "I'll be with you in a minute" before going back to her conversation. The chefs see me and see I brought my order back so they tell her to come take care of me. I tell whats wrong tell her I was never asked for chicken and said steak. Instead of taking simple responsibility which I would have respected she was acting like it was my fault. Telling the chefs "he says he wants steak not chicken" which they replied "but the receipt said chicken" which I found interesting since Chicken never came out of my mouth. The chefs said keep the first meal and hastily made me the right sadwhich. But didn't make the rest of the meal and at this point I was already too angry and wasted enough time waiting for something I over paid for. I made sure the chefs knew that she or whoever took my order never asked chicken or steak, that my fries were already soggy and cold on their counter and would be even more soggy and cold at home, and finally that they wasted over 40 minutes of my time and gas by the time I was actually eating after driving home twice. The second sandwhich they made big, but like I said, they made it hastily half the bun was so oily it was inedible. Onions and peppers were barely cooked and again the steak was seasonless. The fries from my first order were cold and soggy by the time I ate and my rootber was watered down. I spent $16.80 on that meal. It was not worth $10, for the price you charge now you guys are a joke and not worth another visit or another dollar from my wallet. To say keep the first meal is an insult, the only creatures to enjoy that chicken were my dogs and they ate half the fries too since they were a soggy mess. No one in town should be giving these ppl $16.80, more than an hr of minimum wage, for a bland and tasteless meal that an employee wrongfully ordered when you placed it. Such a disappointment for an establishment with so much history in town. Thanks again for wasting my time, my money, and my gas I will never be back for your inedible overpriced menu.

Burgers are good they only give you a little bit of fries kind of tight on the fries . The chili cheese fries or not good my husband didn’t like them they were too sweet I never tasted chili fries that were sweet & taquitos were not good Not sure what kind of meat was in them look like old shredded chicken.

No butter on toast. Eggs diced too small to eat and no flavor. Potatoes mushy no flavor no salt. Sausage was pre cooked. Worst breakfast ever. EVER! The ketchup in the packets was the best part. Ohh and the jelly in packets. I work a fee doors down at a car lot. I will 100% be sharing this info with all my customers. Go somewhere else

My family and I have been coming here for years. After new ownership I have seen good and bad changes. I so glad they kept one of the cooks from the last owner's he knows how we like our food. For some reason the chicken taste smells weird. It's rubbery too. They do forget stuff on my order sometimes. But let's be honest what restaurant does have this mistakes Overall good food. Thank you

So disappointed with this place since changing ownership. They always forget items. Today we spent $33 on breakfast for 3 (not too bad). But they forgot the sourdough toast for my order, and did not cook my eggs as ordered (See pictures). I'm giving them 2 stars because my son and husbands meal were edible. My food was a disappointment, but there was plenty of bacon. So many great breakfast places in Norco, I guess I'll go elsewhere from now on. They must have enough customers, because this will not earn my patronage.

BREAKFAST BURRITOS!!!! This place gets their 5 star review from me because of their incredible breakfast burritos that are available ALL DAY LONG. Other Norco establishments stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11AM, but not Burger Basket!

Very good. I had #3 avacodo bacon cheese burger basket special. Very good but too many french fries. They have 5gallon containers of ice cream so they can make ice cream drinks. Multiple family's were eating in the dining area. Nice place

Usually I would give this place a 5 star but today I am very disappointed. They gave “fries” with a ham n cheese omelet... I was supposed to get toast n no toast... I don’t like hash browns so the only choice I had was fries... I have been going here for over 10 years, n never have I been more disappointed
