I decided to get lunch for my nephew at Burger King since they had been advertising the Bikini Bottom Bundle. I was highly dissatisfied when I received my order and it did not appear the way they had been advertising it online and on TV. Everything was packaged in a brown paper bag and the drink wasn't even in the correct cup. Not a single item was in a promotional package. I asked why I didn't receive my order in the SpongeBob house box and the worker said they don't do it even though I saw they had a stack of boxes on the shelf behind them. I'm very disappointed with my visit considering it is not a CHEAP order and my nephew was even more disappointed. The morning crew that works at this location that worked November 18th around 10:50am pacific didn’t want to do their job and told me a promo that was running wasn’t available when it’s available at their other locations. So was very disappointed and don’t understand. It’s sad people who want jobs can’t get employment because individuals such as who worked that morning didn’t want to fulfill their obligations they agreed to.

Passed by here for the 1st time, really clean place, staff was very friendly. My Whopper was fresh, my fries were fresh, and my drink made everything WoW!!! 😳😧

I have been to this location several times in the past and have had a good experience. This time was a struggle. I went through the drivethrough, as I hadn't eaten since the a.m. and it was no 7 at night, and I had a long drive home. There was only one car in front of me, however, took them 14 minutes to get through ordering and hand out of their food. All I ordered was an original chicken sandwich and a bottle of water. When I got my food, the chicken was completely dried out and tough to eat. Usually, it is actually really moist and juicy. I think they gave me one that had been under a lamp for way too long, yet decided to still serve it to me. Hoping this is a one time issue, as I plan to be back to hopefully having a better visit.

Ordered a whooper meal for 14.95 every thing seem correct. Once I got home, my French fries were very cold. My burger appeared to have old lettuce.. So I would definitely say good people. Check your food before you leave. This is how people get food Poison.

Maybe I went wrong time but tables weren't clean, bathroom was not clean,did not smell good notice all restaurants have a sign of cancer causing chemicals why can we stop giving deadly or having us paying to get these dangerous
